One of the good restaurants in Hyderabad for dining in. Food is good and tasty. Service is worst. People in hyderabad dont know what customer service is.

Rakabi Restorent is located on Auto Bhan Road, Opposite Lal Qila hotel Hyderabad.They are providing Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices.They are providing hall for birthday celebration and walima ceremony.

We celebrated my nephews first birthday there. It was a lunch buffet. The food was good but not all items were hot and ambiance overall was nice. Service was average. Overall a good place to enjoy desi cusines.

Restaurant as Managed to create good Ambiance.But charging for some items is too much like.Cold drink Can of 250 ml for which market price is 30-40 actually is sold at the rate of 100.

I once visited Rakabi with my family a year ago, food was spicy as hell. It was coming to me as they were not professional enough to check taste and presentation of their food. Ambiance was not giving a fine dine feel and to my surprise it wasnt even close to casual dining. If I picture it, it was plain like a bunch of residential dining tables mixed together to form a restaurant.

Worst place to visit with family. Half cooked food, bad taste and pathatic restaurant. Badtameez waiters who dont know to serve and talk. No manager available to complain and no one ready to listen. Just wasted the money and time. Dont recommend it to anyone else.

Great restaurant to experience home like cooking staff is good ambiance is great but little bit congested. Need to train staff more, sense of table arrangement is not seen… it was quite hard to reach dishes, change the lighting and color combo of things in hall.Raise buffet price to make it more attractive please.

I had a bad experience at Rakabi due to there management,service and especially their food.I would prefer not to visit Rakabi .

Pathetic place, Today I went to rakabi for iftar + dinner, a Non Muslim vegetarian friend was with me when I ask them is their any vegetable item in menu for iftar buffet they said no we dont have I told them a vegi friend is with me can you arrange a veg dish they ask us that usually non muslims dont come so we dont offer any veg item in buffet thats only for muslim and further the person ask us to leave when I force to arrange something for that friend. Is that what Islam teach us? we should respect each and every religion and they way they talk and misbehaved I suggest bycott this restaurant so that they learn lesson

Pathetic service it was. Food was cold and even too late. One party who were sitting there before us left after waiting for 75 minutes as they shouted. Brown meat that comes in the starting came after we had done. Worst place for dine in.

Absolutely horrible service. Cant seem to find a superlative of horrible. Waiters have no idea what to serve, how to serve and when to serve. Ordered bbq dishes which was probably ordered from shama tikka an hour ago and was even colder than this whole review. Apparently restaurants name was avengus(probably) then renamed to gravity and now is Rakabi. I would suggest them to stop looking for returning consumers and start looking for the fourth name.
