I have been visiting this place since 33 years its amazing mutton Karahi brown boti has unique taste amongst hundreds of restaurants..

The food is good. Had mutton karahi and namkeen boti

Went with family from Karachi. Karahi and tikka were both great in taste. Otherwise overall hygiene, service quality and family sitting place were way below standard.

I Suggest 4 stars, only because of their food and taste. But u have to wait arround 1/2 hours atleast for dining.One thing want to share, is that they do not take orders on table, there is your job to go and give them order for dining whatever you want to eat.-> Dishes they offer, only made by meat like chicken, goat and beaf no any kind of vegetable.->Provides Nestle Drinking water and Raita which have extra charges,Therefore it is expensive and crowdy point for dining, made by wealthy people.Not suitable for middle class.Dining seats, and services are poor

Without any doubt, I loved the food here. Especially the namkeen tikka. Food was outstanding and scrumptious. Well cooked and well served. However, they take a lot of time to cook and serve due to prolonged process and queue system but the wait is worthwhile

The weather was good so that was a factor and we were large group, but foodwise coming from Karachi specially was not worth it, but if you are in the area then yes you should visit, but skip the karahi go for the bbq boti that was excellent and thus 4 stars. Keep in mind takes 45+ for food to get ready. Kawa in the end is a must have if you go in winter.

Heard alot about this restaurant for its delicious tasty MUTTON Karahi but its nothing like special. Famous for its MUTTON Karahi but it tasted ordinary. CHICKEN Karahi was also just OK. Nothing to talk about ambiance. Also ordered CHOPS but it was also a disappointment. Pathetic service, had to call or shout for any waiter even when there were very few poeple.

1st Review: 5th Feb 2020Before reading the review, this place is not for FAMILY, though they said they have seatings upstairs but not a single family goes there so we decided to enjoy our food while sitting in the car. Plus the restaurant is bit far from Hyderabad city center and believe me its too dark and you will not find a single vehicle if you travelling after 8pm and you may find some suspecious people try to follow you so beware of these things and don not choose this restaurant if you planning to eat with family. This is our own experience so please be careful.So finally we decided to go to this restaurant as we have read good reviews about their food. We opt for their Namkeen Boti (#Mutton) with a price tag of 800 per seekh (half kg mutton), as i heard it was not that awesome but it was good to try something different. Overall food experience was good but we forgot all the good times due to the above mentioned experienc.

New Salateen hotel is a roadside restaurant, famous for truck drivers. Due to the extra ordinary taste people come from far place to eat chicken and mutton karahi and bar b que.There are two flavors in karahi, brown with salt and red with tomato, both are very delicious. Also try Namkeen boti which is dry bar b que with salt.

Time consuming, not recommended for families along with kids as basic facilities are very dirty and not available.Parking and safety hazards are numerous.Heated and non vantilated environment

Mouthwatering stuff! Have always visited Salateen every time I come to Hyderabad. Namkeen Botti and classic mutton karahi are the available treats here. The ambience is extremely desi and even though the family dining hall is available here it would be awkward and inconvenient to bring them here. A moving place and always occupied by dinners to satisfy their taste buds.

I traveled all the way from Karachi to Hyderabad to taste the mutton karahi, i heard it is so famous. Bingo!!! tastiest mutton karahi (only). A good stop by hotel for travelers. Not suitable for families ( in my opinion).

This restaurant is famous for Mutton Karahi but honestly no exception that makes it special. However the other item namkeen Mutton skewers are more tastier. I am sure there must be other restaurants around that offers taste with more variety in good atmosphere.

Overall taste is brillient. always ask for less tomoto and namkeen karahi. normally you dont told them and they actually put a lot of tomoto which make it taste different. things are good overall. tip for visiting time is after 11 in winters. otherwise you have to wait more than 1 hour.the only thing which matter at such resturant is unavilblity of waiter at right time.

Pretty crowded place, if youre going from all the way from Karachi, be prepared for at least 3 hours for the food to be served. Go there only if youre looking for a long drive + dinner experience, other wise there are many restaurants available in Karachi which serves this kind of food.

Its expertise is its barbecue meat. It is so delicious that every miss it. So whenever we visited this place, enjoyed up to satisfaction.

Very bad experince heard so many things but our experiencebis so bad. Even one of my friend says they are serving dog meat instead of mutton. And what i feel that the color of meat & look realy different than normal. So i never prefer to go there.
