The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful. If they only add light music that would further make the ambiance marvelous.Service:From reception to the sitting area and from the time one orders food, eats and finishes the service was really good. Usually the reason for bad service is the panic in the waiters and management when unexpected numbers of customers turn up, nonetheless at Desi Hut everything seemed organized.Food, table arrangements and dinning:The tables were organized in Western style with knife, fork, and spoon and kerchief. Most of the tables were foe six people but some were for four people as well. Food quality was good. We didnt have to wait for longer than required.Hygiene and services:The place was clean and there was a hands sensitizer bottle at each table. The cutlery, plates, furniture looked neat and clean. The whole place was very clean.Free Wi-Fi is available for the customers.Waiters and management were cooperative and were asking if we needed anything during the dinner.Rates: Desi hut is not an expensive place. Keeping in view the overall experience the rates they charge are fair. I would love to visit this place again.Suggestions:It would enhance restaurants overall environment and atmosphere if there was light music being played in the background.There should be few private meeting rooms for business meetings.The tables were too close. Tables should be at a distance from each other if not more than at least few inches away.

I am very disappointed with the service and food of this restaurant. My family ordered two Pinatta burger, cheese fries and a baked pasta. By ordering all these things one would expect that at least one thing will be satisfactory if not beyond that. Anyways, the burger was filled of all sorts of cheese and everything that the restaurant could find that made the whole experience even worst which included fries. Moreover, the cheese fries were plain with cheese spread over it in a very uneven way which made no sense of taste. Lastly, the baked pasta was not even an ounce of either baked or pasta. It was just macaroni made in tomato paste that was charged heftily.Thus, it is recommended to the restaurant that either they provide the details of their food so that people should make an informed decision while ordering.

The restaurant is quite similar to restaurants at 2 darya in Karachi, so you would find similarities in service, staff cooperation level, ambience etc. Regarding the food i have tested 2 items:1. Irani Chicken Tikka, it was Chief recommendation and was one of their most running item. It was very testy and similar to Balochi Tikka.2. Chiken Karhae: it was good but i felt that extra vinegar was poured to build the taste.

Yesterday at 7.pm we arrived. Registered with good gesture. ORDERED FOOD and found it good in taste. ENVIRONMENT was ok.but a little costly as per comparison of facilities. when i paid the bill the waiter was making faces. he was expecting more. NOT only this he was showing to his others friends. nfront of guests which was so embarassing for me. at exit VALut brought my car and he was like fighting to me for tip. I will not recommend to go here although the food taste was good and kahwaah at gate was refreshing

One of the worst management I have ever seen. The food was not up to the mark. We had to wait for one and half hours. After taking the order, the waiters were gone until the food was ready. They were not trained at all. We ordered the mutton, which didnt taste well. There were pieces of bones with little or no mutton around the bone. Looked like we ordered bones only. Tasteless dish. There was smell of urine and poop in the hall because of washroom Wich was situated in the corner of the hall. They didnt bother to clean the washroom since ages. The waiters were hiding them selves from us as they didnt wanted to be bothered by us. We were feeling like we are here for free.

Although the prices are quite affordable its still an overrated restaurant... of the items i tasted only the starters were good ...the dishes only chicken karahis were good...kormas are tasteless....for vegetarian its hell with only one dish soyabean karahi which is edible i guess that should tell you everything yku need to know.

Irani Tikka, Malai Boti and Coffee was out class, and service of Mr Hunbal was great. Best place for dine in with family and friends.
