Its an amazing place to stay. We stayed there for three nights and had a great time. Beautifully built cottages in apple orchid farms. Surrounded by hills. Its a place one wish to spend time on.Especially after the Snowfall view of resort is non less then any good resort of famous Switzerland. Dont belive me see the pics

Awesome place. Great location and they cook great food. Staff is very pleasant. The Jacuzzi in the room always worked with hot water even in extreme cold weather. Their travel desk guy is very resourceful.

The “La Ri Sa Mountain Resort “ at Manali was a wonderful random selection based on the description and rating available online,but as it turned out it was an excellent place to stay ,near the mountains ,away from the hustle and pollution (yes quite so !)of the Manali town area , though it’s about 12 km away.The staff right from the manager a very sweet lady ,by the name Anjani,who took pains from the very start ,was always on the property ,very hands on ,prompt with answers to all our queries ,and whenever there was something she was supposed to get back to us with answers ,she promptly did without our asking her the second time,never gave us an opportunity to complain about anything.Amazing attitude !!The other Reception staff Ram and Shivani too were very courteous and forthcoming,in fact before we could reach ,they kept calling to track if were having trouble reaching and kept guiding us ,and since we were reaching late ,they were proactive in taking our dinner order and keep our dinner ready The Restaurant staff Rahul was keenly attentive whenever we went for our meals ,and kept us fed well ,in addition kept a keen eye should we need anything during the course of all our meals ....All in all a very dedicated select team..Also the caretaker and manager were going around to see the facilities such as the swing,hammock and trampoline were in place ,we’re getting them fine tuned ,really hands on ...such attention to detail .They also regularly fogged the facility since it is located inside an orchard to keep insects and mosquitoes at bay ...Hats off to the team La Ri Sa .Highly recommend place to spend a Relaxed ,homely and amazing vacation

One of the Best Resorts in Manali . Great place to stay while you travel to Manali . Breakfast ,room service all the staffs are excellent . But the show stopper is the view from each and every cottage in your stay . Rooms are warm and cozy . I stayed for 4 days with my friends and created best memories possible . Happy Travelling . Wonderful Place, amazing accomodation, we stayed at the Suite which was fabulous, the service was exceptional, from the warm reception by the Manager even when we arrived late evening, to the prompt introduction to the accomodation by the staff, and finally Kudos to the fantastic room service. The property is nestled neatly amidst an apple orchard and offers scenic views of the mountains surrounding it. Would love to visit again for a longer duration.

Without doubt, one of the best resorts we stayed during our time at Manali.The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food was awesome (I mean it!)The restaurant staffs were friendly, and they deserve special thanks for their service.The scenery from the resort was splendid and it was a great relief to stay in such a peaceful and serene environment. Rising to the sunrise and rays that glanced through the icy mountains was a treasure to the eyes. It’s definitely worth the money we spent for the resort.

Approx. 15 KM before Manali, excellent location (Haripur) surrounded by mountains. Very polite staff and excellent service. Serves all sort of continental, Indian food. Jacuzzi with hot water is heaven during winter season. All rooms have Air Conditioner that can maintain temperature but during winter season (at night when temperature drops below 0 degree, a proper air heater would be more suitable, although the resort has Fireplace in the rooms on chargeable basis. Overall excellent place to enjoy a family vacation.

Really nice place and extraordinary stuff. I cant praise enough their prompt service and courteous behavior. Rooms are nice, and very well decorated. We have reached after 10 pm on a very cold evening, but the front desk was always in touch and helped us to reach safe. Thanks for wonderful 5 days.

If you love wood & stone and RAW interior. This is the place to live. Constructed with stone walls and pinewood, some where dark oak . Our room was east facing ,so that the first ray of sun reflecting on wooden floor made the morning the perfect morning we wish to wake up. Apple orchard, great food, whiskey,coffee. Overall amazing.

Excellent place. The view from the room is very neat and clean. Hospitality was good from the staff . The hotel is situated out of the Manali town. Roads are good. The approach is good. One can easily find the hotel. The Ac also have a heater . We can enjoy the fireplace inside the room also. Food is delicious . Specially breakfast . North Indian platter was too good.we enjoyed the snowfall while having breakfast here. The working staff is very polite and supportive

So serene and picturesque!!! This place offers great cottages, lots of activities, good cafe and staff!! The place can be definitely booked for organizing events or small family outings!! However, if you are looking for something budgeted then this isnt the place as the amenities and the maintenance is quite similar to 5stars which isnt recommended for people with a budgetted holiday/vacation

We had booked the luxury room with the spa and were very excited about our stay. Had booked through Booking.com so had our credit card blocked. Larisa tried charging our credit card before our stay and without any explanation, cancelled our booking last minute. Then the front desk people werent even helpful in re-booking etc... highly unprofessional.

Pleasant stay, courteous staff, delicious food, scenic and comfortable property. Snow everywhere was icing on top. Staff goes out of their way to help you at odd hours too. Worth every penny to visit again. Best hotel in this price range.

I booked this resort online. Resort is very beautiful. Views are scenic from room. Apple and peach orchards were beautiful. I enjoyed my stay there and recommend to others as well.

This must be one of the kind of a hotel which you would dislike even before visiting it .We have contacted the hotel reservation department for booking and the hotel was very adamant on asking for advance payments . In todays scenario, most of the Hotels and booking platform only ask for confirmation and take your credit card info to block a room for you. In there case , they were very particular about 25 percent advance and tried to push for 50 % , When we finally agreed to pay , they said we want remaining 75 % 15 days before check in or otherwise you may cancel the booking . I had to stop the payment which i am sure if credited to there account , they would certainly put more demands and harass you .When we requested for any customised requirements and were ready to pay extra for it , they simply denied. A very unfriendly hotel and extremely bad staff . The staff needs to learn basic hospitality industry manners.

We chose La Ri Sa resort, Manali for our summer vacation this year, and it was the best decision. La Ri Sa located in Haripur, Manali-Naggar Road is surrounded by snow capped mountains, orchards and apple trees. Manali has so many places to see yet we spent three full days at resort because of the calmness, and you feel you are in the midst of pure nature (and mountains)! There are activities for kids to engage like library, playroom, board games, cycles etc., The restaurant serves awesome food. We enjoyed our vacation at La Ri Sa!

Amazing resort to rejuvenate yourself. This has everything from best food, recreational room ( kids room, pool, table tennis, carrom and dart), spa, apple and plum orchard with swings in the garden and amazing staff and service...The best time to visit( if you wish to see snowfall) will be from Dec - March...

Very well maintained resort, worth spending a day just exploring and relaxing in the resort itself. The best part is you see hundreds of apple trees within the resort area and the entire garden area provides more than just that...The staff was very helpful and service was top notch. This truly justifies a 4-5 star property level.I had a pleasant stay. Hope youll have it too.

This property is located in Haripur, a village between Kulllu and Manali. Very peaceful and beautiful place. Have facilities like library, kids room, bar, in room dining, cycle on request. The staff is helpful and caring to guests.

We really enjoyed this place. We are from the USA and it was very clean and the food was good. Our two girls 6 and 8 also enjoyed it. It is also very close to the sites but out of the craziness of the city. The view is beautiful. You can see the Himalayan mountains from here. We highly recommend staying here if you come to the area. We also suggest seeing old Manali over Manali. The food and cafes are wonderful.

Hotel staff provides you with impecabble service. Location is half an hour from Manali but that is the beauty of it, the location. Further, food tastes like heaven and is value for money. All in all a perfect place to stay.They provide you with the best of assistance to guide you on the way. We reached at 11.30 in night and whole staff was avilable. We got our order on such a chilly night and that too at odd time. Lots of space and equipments for your child to play and be engaged.

It is the best place to enjoy with your family and friends

All their service response starts with NO.. asked for dinner by 10 but they served it in advance at 9:30pm.. when asked, response was delivered food can only be microwaved..and they call themselves 5 star.. i am not sorry its not 5 star experience.. I have one more day to stay lets see if further experience make me change it...There was no wifi in my room, which was fixed later but first response was cant be done...Room is good and spacious but heating could be better

There is much to do- bikes to go around nearby, trampoline for adrenalin rush, a swimming pool to cool down, hammocks to laze around, swings , a small library. Breakfast is scrumptious especially banana, nuttela pancakes and shakes. Apple laden trees are sheer delight. Spa and bar keep everyone happy... Safe, easy parking. Great housekeeping makes it a delight.

Larisa... Beautiful name and just like its name was a beautiful getaway for us.The room was gorgeous and was decorated for us. Even if we reached early, still they prepared it within 2 hrs for our comfort.The garden is a total bliss... Heavenly landscape all around.. So many swings, trampoline, pool table were there for our entertainment.Food was amazing and lip smacking.. Very fast service... Must try moongdal halwa, chinese veg and non veg snacks. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Kids room has a lot of indoor games, but it could have been more comfortable with more lights and an all time attendent for the kids. All in all a great stay. Looking forward for another one soon😊

Great rooms & hospitality. Not in a great location though, and the approach road is horrible. Room had a fireplace but was told they cant light it (had been used before). Also expensive.EDIT based on owners reply below : We were there in winter. If thats not the season to use fireplaces then I dont know what is.

Garbage place!!!Stay at any OYO but dont come to La ri sa. worst managed place . My rooms heater broke down amd they took 5 hours to fix it !! 5 degrees temperature and no heat !! wow!! WHATS THE WORST is no food can be provided between 1pm to 8pm!! let you guests suffer in cold and without any food!!you should have informed at the time if of booking about the kitchen hours. THANKS FOR SPOILING NEW YEAR!!!

The La Ri Sa resort is a beautiful place with excellent staff and great food. I stayed for 4 days for a wedding and had a magical time. I would love to return.

It was an awesome stay, a star less only because of quality of Food and Beverages. Empty mini refrigerator, average Honey Chilly Potato, Chicken Pasta also wasnt that good and at least I expect garlic breads on side while having it in a luxury resort. That said, otherwise quality of room was as shown in pictures, washroom was clean and tidy, Jacuzzi experience in room cannot be explained in words.

Beautiful place in an isolated area. Really loved the services and garden areas. Staff was really humble and helpful. Food and drinks were also good and fresh.But highly disappointed with the pool. It was very dirty and disorganised.If pool services gets better, then it a must visit resort.

WORST PLACE TO COME TO!!! THEY WILL STARVE YOU TO DEATH!!PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING!!THEY dont have in room dining option. WORST thing is the lunch time finishes at 1pm and they dont have any Dining option till 8pm!!means NO FOOD FROM 1PM TILL 8PM . no matter how badly you are starving!!. we checked in around 12.40even though the kitchen closes at 1 pmthey said no order will be taken till 8pm. starve your guests to death !!! how well its managed!!THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFETIME

I stayed here for a week, in the frist week of May. Lovely resort, spacious rooms and amazing breakfast buffet options. The staff is friendly and courteous. I faced some minor issues related to room service but overall experience was verry good. The pool was verry clean and the library is also verry cool funky kind of...I would recommend this resort to all who really wants to enjoy the beauty of nature, the resort is bit expensive in season time but it worth it. The resort is located 20 min far from the main city which will gives u a real relax feel and will make u fall in love with nature.

Worst experience ever in my life. I would have rated this hotel 1/2 star if i could. The room is small and suffocating. There are like 2 or 3 lights in the room which makes it a very dull and depressing room. The hotel lobby itself gives the feel of how bad the rooms are. They have posted wrong pictures of their rooms. They are very misleading.When we asked for a refund, the hotel manager argued with us. The hotel is not worth the money at all. It is expensive and they are not at all helpful

Best place to stay. Had jacuzzi in my room. Morning tea in the balcony was majestic. Food was tasty and hygienically prepared. Very satisfying experience. Only drawback was that in peak season the prices were quite high. Do Visit in off season you will get good discount.Very Cooperative staff.thanks Larisa for memorable experience.

The cottage is located in Naggar road , about 14 kms before the rush of Manali. Property is beautiful. Staff are very cordial and helpful. They will take care of all your needs. Only missing point is that it is not riverside otherwise it is a perfect place to stay.
