Rural Community Development Council is a not for profit Non Governmental Organization based in Gwadar . Which works on the different theme along with this this organization provides many other services to the NGOs and PublicRCDC has a community Hall which is catering the need of the society in conducting various programs in the Hall.Along with these RCDC has fitness center which provide space for the fitness to its members.under rcdc now they organize an yearly event in the name of Gwadar Kithab Mella .
