I have booked cab for my parents ( senior citizens), for their comfort from pilibhit to faridabad. The driver has picked up the longest root rather than the shortest just to save the toll taxes ( which was already included in fare charges). The time taken for this distance should of 5 hours (310km) and he took 9 hours. On calling customer care, instead of resolving the issue they disconnected the call.My parents suffered a lot, never book cab from sawari.

The agency looks professional, but their drivers are cheater. I booked a cab for local sight seeing in Delhi. They have assigned a driver named Nirmal Kumar. That guy is cheater. First he starts the trip with tripB and then while ending the trip he smartly switches to trip A on odometer. He charged us extra 700 bucks for soiling the foot mats. And savaari rental agency has no control over them. The rental agency asks you to pay cash to the driver. The driver issues no bills for these out of blue charges.Edit: savaari car rentals has refunded the amount the driver charged illogically. Great customer service.

Here is a list of my concerns that I had during my ride with Savaari Rentals. Avoid at all costs.- Extremely dirty car. Is this the assured car quality you speak so highly of? At the time of the virus spread, the interiors of the car had not been cleaned in ages.- Dented and ugly looking exterior- CNG run car, which meant that the car had to turn around on the highway to fill gas and the AC was faulty, the car was also slow- The impolite driver who kept chewing pan throughout the way. I asked the driver to stop at a midway restaurant but he forgot to stop and was busy eating his own food rather than asnk about mine.- Had no idea of the roads, this was his first trip, this wasnt his car either- Kept talking and messaging on the roadThe people at the management have refused to address these concerns and have turned a blind eye towards some glaring customer service issues.

Completely unrelaible service.. dont book in case you have any urgent matters... booked a cab from chapra to patna .. hours before flight they cancelled it stating the non availability of cars.. completely unprofessional attitude..

We recently booked a Tempo Traveller for Trip to Kanatal from Savaari, it was a 3 day trip from Delhi. Tempo Traveller was good and the driver was courteous. The details of the vehicle and driver were shared 2 hrs prior and they were on time at the meeting point. Worst driver experience in my life. Never thought that booking a cab from Savaari would turn out to be so painful for the entire trip. Our total trip got spoiled because of the unprofessional driver.seems it is better to hire cabs from local travels companies rather than hiring from big brands like Savaari. Km as shown while online booking is not perfect Driver ,as they provide ,will not follow google direction take extra km and extra time for billing more in Delhi ,So beware such type of Delhi drivers,Savaari should take initiative against them .

We hired its taxi for a 2 day trip to Agra from Gurgaon on 18th March. The car was noisy and had a speed pick up problem from the start of the journey. Despite our several requests to the driver and the customer care, the ptoblem was not solved. As a result, we were delayed in reaching Agra and returning to Gurgaon.

Using Savaari was a very safe and affordable choice. Would definitely recommend for travel in and around the city over other services especially with its affordable rates.

I, a Chinese, used Savaari’s servicd 4 years ago from Mumbai to Pune for business travel. And when I took my family and friends to have a tour India in this Jan, I used Savaari’s service again. It is this still the same good quality good service and good people. Always on time and arrived destination as expected. We had a very good trip from Delhi to Agra and from Agra to Jaipur.This good company should be recognized.

We had a relaxed two day trip to Agra from Delhi with Savaari. Our designated driver, Amarjeet, was waiting at the airport on arrival. With the car booked being a Crysta we had less apprehension on the quality of drive and were not disappointed. With careful driving of Amarjeet we had a pleasant cruise on the Yamuna expressway. One of my friends was down with a severe cold but rest during the drive helped. She was in her spirits for our Taj tour in the evening.The travel prompts we received in between the trip from Savaari were a surprise and we did try Bamboo Cafe, would recommend it to anyone traveling this route. Overall great experience. Thanks for making our trip a bit special with your service.

I would highly recommend Savaari for anyone looking for a sightseeing trip of Delhi. Their 12hr/120km package costs around 2100 rs. And comparing to other providers I found this to be most reasonable. The driver provided to us (Sohan Singh) was a great guy and was super accommodative. Their service is professional and I didnt find any problems.I would recommend booking some days ahead as it seems they quickly run out of vehicles ( i asume since its not an aggregator but a Service provider).Please note that their airport pickup and drop service is super expensive compared to Ola or Uber, so wouldnt recommend that.

I have availed savaari.com services in the past as well but my 8 days trip to Himachal was outstanding....Our driver Mr. Hari Singh Bedi was such a gentlemen and a person who knew his job so well. The car was in excellent condition, he drove so so well in hilly terrains and he knew all locations. He gave us stops at great places...Made us have food at amazing places.. so overall the whole trip was just too memorable. Pathetic and worst service ever offered by Cabs!!

I used Savaari on a regular user recommendation for New Delhi-Agra-New Delhi Trip on 17 Dec. The vehicle reported on time, driver was professional with right attitude, car was clean and in good shape. A good experience and I shall use their service in future.

Idea of putting fare charges online is that a an organisation you would have used common sense of placing nearest possible fare however than they choose to bill you over 25% more than what normally cost for the distance between Gurgaon to Mathura ( Return Trip ) and also tell you google map is wrong which is showing distance. I requested to take my distance from Point A which was 142 Km one way however they took me from Point B which was 189 Km and than overcharge overall return KM as 440 Km asking to buy over extra 25% charge. I strongly dont recommend there service as this a a pure function of fooling customer for more money.

In a single word I would say Pathetic . If there is a chance to give 0 star I would have given. Driver was totally unprofessional. They have asked for the remaining 75% amount without reaching out at destination. They stopped the car in ghati and was asking for money. Their customer care staff was also arguing on that , telling it is clearly mentioned that you have to pay during the trip. Their driver stopped the car for 1hr till we paid full amount. Their driver asked 800 rupees for Punjab state tax . I called savaari customer care they said it would be maximum 400 RS. Then I asked driver for bill , after that he went to pay state tax and he paid for 4 days to prove he was right that he asked for 800. After 3 hours of journey their ac stopped working. They never mentioned on site or while booking that you cannot use ac in ghati. We returned to our place at 10:15 they charged 300 for night driving .The timing for night drving is 10pm to 6am .There were many instances during the trip which they made it a horrible journey. See you soon in consumer court .

My son, Raghav Meattle, who is a popular singer song writer in Mumbai hired a car from you to go to a remote location near Mumbai for a shoot . After collecting Rs.3000/- from him the driver disappeared, leaving my son stranded in a place which neither had phone connectivity nor any public transport. My son had to walk for miles carrying all his equipment till he managed to hitch a ride on a motorbike.The support staff of the rental service also were most useless and of no help at all. The money also has not been refunded to my son.My son is a popular singer and has a sizeable following all over the country as well as on social media platforms like facebook and instagram. If you guys know whats good for you, you will refund his money immediately or else, if he writes about you and your lousy service on social media, you will find it difficult to continue with your business of duping people like this.
