Not good.. only 6 Vehicle can be serviced at a time and out of that 6 only 4 are working.. Space is very less. And Washing only 1 vehicle at a time..How Honda can authorised such Spaceless service centre.. Persons working also not interested to work properly.

I visited many two wheeler service centers in Gurgaon but not satisfied with their services. I came in January2015 to a newly opened Honda two wheeler service center named Yummy Honda and I never gone anywhere else. Mr Kamal Sharma who was the the manager that time and the behaviour and services of this center I found here was one of the best of service of two wheeler. I am using the services this center since then. I never had any complain regarding the services till date. Many of managers has changed here but the services never compromised.I can say it is the best service center for my two wheeler.

Experience has been extremely good. All the process was done without any difficulty. It was quite an ease. The staff made an excellent impression on us.All in all, great and quick management with patient staff.

Must visit to this showroom I Met with chitranjan hi hes very nice guy I got so high exchange rate of my old vehicle all staff is well trained and they know how to entertain customers apart from this atmosphere was so good ..

Very poor service experience. My ist service within 6 Month was counted as 3rd service and I was not even aware of that as I was not given service booklet.

Mr Lalit picked up my scooty from my home & dropped it back. Excellent servicing. The scooty was not used for last 4-5 months. Had issues with battery, lever, corborator now is scooty as good as new. Thank you for this excellent service. ️

Unethical- has replaced duplicate battery during service and didnt change oil during servicing. Also charged high for free service. Staff is unprofessional and dont have attiquets of dealing with customer.

If your two wheeler will be serviced from this agency, concern person will called you & telli you that some parts of your two wheeler are damaged and you should change them even the parts are in good condition. Very unprofessional guys deputed for servicing who are not able to understand costumer’s problem and value of customer’s time. Bad place for servicing....…..only waste of time and money…….

EXCELLENT SERVICE I BUYED ACTIVA 5G STANDARD !

The shop is inaccessible from front. Only 2-3 new vehicles are standing in a narrow gallery, with a lot of dirt. Only Activa 5G 110 cc test ride available. 125cc test drive not available. Delete is not even giving side stand as a std. Accessory. Asking 5000 extra for basic accessories. Overall store looks cheap, staff arrogant and does not feel like Honda at all.

I have got my vehicle service done here, happy with the service.Only issue is with the location accessibility.

Horrible experience while visiting the service center.First of all, the reception didnt know how to handle the new customer. No one in the center had listened my query, they just ignore and pass through person to person. They told me to visit other services center as they have other major services need to be taken care even though I had visited in first half of the day.

They are big liars. They will call you saying that vehicle is available punt when you reach, it will not be available.The entry to the place is non existent. You will spend 20 minutes to figure out how to reach this place as entry is from lanes and by lanes. Do not waste your time here.

I have visited the service center several times in last 2 years for servicing of Honda Activa. While initiating the service/job card, they will keep reminding you to change/repair the part as per the recommended Honda guidelines but they will never insist you to replace the same.. As it’s up to you, so you can ask them to check the health of the part first before any replacement. There is some delay in Warranty process and that can be improved further. Overall service quality and behavior of Service Manager and staff is good.
