It is a very Nice store for shopping. It is in Ambience mall, Gurugram and is very Easy to reach there. This store has Good decent variety in clothing and lots of options are available here. Interior was excellent at that place. Staff was very supportive and helpful there.

The staff was very helpful is offering options in my size. Rather than pushing to buy they gave candid feedback on what was looking good and what wasn’t. Very enjoyable experience and picked up some great outfits. As a journalist I love the fact that their kurtas have pockets. Great for storing your notebook and pen and even a recorder.

Brilliant service at the Ambience Mall (Gurgaon) branch. From helping to source pcs from other stores pan India to understanding the style/choice of a customer to overall customer experience, the team at the store goes out of their way to ensure that the customer gets an excellent experience at the store, especially Nishant Ive visited the Anita Dongre store in Mumbai and Delhi, I think this store has hands down the best customer service/experience.

My experience with Rajiv and the store has been wonderful. Not only did they provide excellent service pre and post purchase including countless back and forth with the tailor but also they were extremely helpful with finding out information about a particular product which was out of stock. My go to store for any Anita Dongre query is this one - they are prompt and extremely professional.

Great ladies desiner dress, saries, lehnga ect. Good quality but little expensive. In low budget you will not get that quality and good design. But still you should visit once and go through the products.

So warm, welcoming, understanding and above all.......patience to deal with all our concerns.Even on a dull day, their smiles brighten up our mood.Special note of adulation for achan, Gurgaon store and shobit at Mehrauli store are the perfect star personnel of your brand !My only grievance .....the staff at Chanakya is total dud and lifeless , they need their socks and temperament pulled up
