Staff is quite good . Washroom is not very clean but OK. Overall restaurant ambiance and location is fantastic.

Kfc is been disappointing me for almost 3 4 years now .. and chenab KFC is also the same ... Very pathetic staff with slow service and dirty uniform ... Food taste was also below average ... Drive thru is very slow .. overall if u are even starving dont stop at kfc chenab

It is not on your side if you are going from Lahore. If you want to make U turn, you have to return from chanab bridge and have to pay toll tax.

I had to edit their rating and write my first ever bad review, at drive through it happened 2 times in a row that they didnt describe well their menu and most importantly my order had a lot of missing stuff. I couldnt stop there to check it because they were in rush and also because I had a huge order of 10 people. Cold drinks are never found cold, dont ask for juices because they dont put them in freezer. Worst experience ever, better to go KFC Kharian, I had good experience with them.

Good place to stop en route to Lahore via GT road. Right after the Chenab toll plaza. Given the low ranking because of the delay it takes them to deliver meals at take away window. Food was as good as any other KFC but improvement needed for bringing the waiting time down.

Poor customer service. Menu was altered from kfc website and facebook pages. Mostly deals were not serving. Price was also slighlty higher than mentioned in website and other outlets. I am a regular customer and i disliked it. Poor from a multinational chain.

Nice branch of KFC always serve fresh

First I told to staff that this burger is not fresh as it was cold and bread were full of steamed water.Second I got a human hair in the burger.Salad they use in the burger were near to black.Burger wasn’t wrapped properly.Burger staffing as sauce was flowing out.It was my first visit to this branch in Pakistan. Experience was very unlikely. It’s not recommended as its seams to very unhealthy food.
