This is a very good point in Gujarat and everything in the house is easily found in one place and their location is very good and especially the bakery item.The cleanliness is very good and everything is well laid out and the staff is very good.Everyone knows that this is Gujrats biggest mart and I love it.

I didnt want to star it.their service is very poor. Staff at cash register shows attitude and sometimes behaves as if they are giving away the stuff to us for free...our family has started avoiding going there and go to shop and save a little farther away as their staff is more considerate and polite and is quick is answering your queries..Onestop is expensive but not keeping up with their service quality....do not want to go there again....

Very sorry to say.. No customer services.. Prices are high.. Less value for money.

One of the best place far from downtown Gujrat. You can have everything you want. Busy busy busy place. Nice people but most of people who are buying stuff here dont know how to line up. They just get the stuff and come to the counter without paying attention to the other people who are lined up on the counter.

A good addition in the Gujrat MKT .its not suitable to compare this store with Lahore Carefore and not with metro cash and carry.Its a small shopping place. I usually go there for the monthly groceries plus other house hold items. It is a bit expensive as compared to other stores.The staff is cooperative but not well trained .items are not available on ( I want silky glass of Toyo basic) but these are not available. I am asking these glasses three months but the item is missing. Make arrangement on my next visit

Excellent mart for getting almost all the monthly stuff from here. But one thing they dont have potatoes but its a grocery store too. By the way drawbacks aside its an excellent one do try it.

It was very hurtful for me when I urges upon the person who delivers me drum stick and other things like pizza sandwich etc, again and again that plz heat up the things. He assured me that all has done but when reached in my car and checked the things. All things were not heated..

I personally visit so many times and observe many things like crokery , backery ,grosary and so many other things its good but need some improvement.aspecially corner fr ladies where they can check thier relevant thing with ladies staff without any involvment of mail staff and outside customer.we ladies actually hesitate to purchase personal thing in front of mail staff or customer so plz check this issue .secondaly i visited other big stores like hyperstar, santours,u mart i found much difference prices or crockery and many other thing i think one stop is much expensive other than.mostly people who vizit one stop are villagers and dont khnow about differenses but when edjucated and awared customer will vizit he will surprised that what a big differenc.so i suggested please advise your manager to go outside some time and vizit other big stores than fix prices on all items.however best of luck for future we want this mart because it will big facility for us who will save our time and travell for shoping .Regards
