Uncooperative staff

Jobs process is very slow. GEPCO jobs came nearly one year ago but department not published the list of assistant lineman yet. Taking duration more than one year shows the laziness of department.

They didnt listen to my issue at all. Instead of this they got furious when I asked about my details of too high (about 6 digits) bill amount for a stopped meter from last 3 years..

Gujranwala Electric Supply Company also known as GEPCO is one of the electricity distribution company of Pakistan. It has wide area and providing good services to the people as compare to other distribution companies working in Pakistan .They recently launched SMS service for their customers through this service they are now sending current months meter readings to the customers this is very good initiative. GEPCO is improving its services with the passage of time and they are very quickly implementing new and latest technologies for the betterment of their customers and employees.
