Very poor behaviour from the staff. I inquired for availability from reception she asked me for my CNIC and they asked me to wait in the hall and she went inside and discussed with security officer. My condition was not very good because I was on a road trip I think they thought maybe Im suspicious. Then receptionist gave my CNIC to security officer and he asked me to follow. He guided me to outside and asked the questions like what you do? From where you are coming? Why you are staying at this hotel when you have relatives in Hafizabad. Total nonsense. Then he asked me sir we cant give the room due SOPS. I actually checked for single person availability before coming to hotel it show that I can check in as single person.Even if I wasnt in best of condition I was suppose to pay same as other were paying? Not sure why these brands do such things?

Hotel has very good location, room are very good and renovated well.But Service is not up to the mark. Need to induct professional staff. Breakfast quality was very low.

Rachna Peal hotel is located on main GT road Gujranwala the city of wrestlers and electric appliances. I had an experience to visit here for Walima invitation one of my business friend. premises have inside parking for few cars but out side there is vast parking. Reception is as you enter the hotel on left side there is restaurant. on right side upstairs for rooms to stay here over night. on the straight after entering the big hall is there. Wash rooms are neat and clean. food is delicious and tasty. Staff and serving person waiters are amiable and friendly. Service is quick. I would like to suggest if you want to have a large gathering must try this. I have a good memory to be here.

Almost every thing in Rachna Pearl Hotel is good and above expectations but what I observed there is the slow Room service. I used to call twice to bring anything in my room. Ambience is best, neat and clean rooms. Bathrooms are fully equipped with an additional feature of water temperature display ️️️. I would definitely like to stay there again. Good for stay if u want to visit Gujranwala. Rooms are big in size but not clean and tidy. Food quality is good but you might need to wait am hour for being served. Check photos

Just booked in to this hotel While in the city for business, Only found it at short notice after reading some reviews.I have to say very nice hotel clean rooms. Can’t say anything about the food as yet as I was invited to a meal out in the town.But I still have breakfast to look forward to in the morning.But would definitely come back a good family hotel .Price for room good too

Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Toiletries were good enough. Breakfast buffet was nominal. Newly made rooms felt quite pleasant.

Well they offer variety of food items and quality of food is fantastic. Wonderful staff, behave and guide food lovers. Stakes and seasonal items are highly recommended. Banquet hall is also very good. Prices are competitive and affordable. Location is a plus point as it is located next to pindi bypass Lahore side. I will recommend this place locals as well as for the travelers.
