We made purchase of Rs 2950 on 10/12/2018 under invoice number 11223 from Satellite Town, Gujranwala Branch. My Debit card was tried three times on their card terminal at checkout point and i was told by your sales Person that my card wasnt going through , so I paid cash to purchase the items. I received three instant deduction of Rs 2950 alert from my bank. I inquired with my bank but they have informed that the money (2950*3=8850) has been charged by the Sapphire Terminal and we should need to contact with them. My recent bank statement has also reflected that three transaction has been charged by the Sapphire under their POS terminal. But store manager was insistent that credit card hasnt been charged and upon requesting their credit card statement he advised that he would contact with their head office and respond but he never did. Their customer service is pathetic. Now we are left nearly 9k out of pocket because of their doggy practice!!!.
