Its a government office. Under ministry of interior.Making passport ( an international travel document.Suggestions.Passport office should be emerge in NDARA.

The service is getting better

Excellent Example of failure of previous Governments to provide services to the Public.Office was crowded, dirty and full of people who are given Priority on the basis of their friendship /terms with local officials. Poor people wait in lines for hours and those VIPs are taken straight to the counter without any queue.WHY? ? IS THIS FAIR? I questioned that on the spot but the OFFICIAL didnt bother to respond.WARNING If you want to go there be ready to raise voice against such corrupts.

Easy way to get passport

Too much rushno disciplineyou are are treating like AnimalsSo Long proceduretime wastingno proper passport tracking management system, i sent msg three time for tracking but no replyi applied for urgent but i didnt receive it on time.I Suggest they should re construct the management system like NADRA.Same person Perform all the things.

Government office just 1 passport office in all district Gujranwala there must be 1 more office need this district ...

The only thing working fine here is BREBIERY. Without that forget you are going to get any attention. The whole staff is world record holder in incompetency!They decision officer will reject your application form even o the minor mistake done by their staff and you will be directed to go to Nadra to change ur Id card for that minor issue and you just came outside and Agent ask you him money and he send your form inside and same office sign it again and your are good to go now. From Manager to peon every person is rude and corrupt to core!Even data entry operator will ask you how to write Sargodha

Pathetic service. Pathetic staff. They have no management. Controlling authority is zero. Only reference base and contract base staff is hired. Data base inputter even do not have computer knowledge.Zero Rating....

Bribery and corruption at is peak. Just like any other Government agency. Some of the staff was very cooperative though. Be-aware of all agents standing outside. Try to get in without any assistance of agent. You ll lose 1000 to 2000 for no reason. Internal clerical staff finds all kinds of reasons to find objections

Very congested. Too many applicants and not enough space. Bribery and corruption at its peak. Be prepared to spend all day here, even to renew an old passport.
