Ice cream was not fresh even though I tried the same flavors as I had in LHR and ISB.They need to hire better staff who really understand the ice cream business. Staff wasnt able to explain ice cream flavors. Giving 3 stars just for the brand loyalty.

Baskin Robbins Gujranwala is inaugurated on 03 October 2020 with 30% discount on opening day. Its a first franchise in Gujranwala of a world renowned Ice Cream parlour. People are behaving like crazy and rushing in shop. I tasted it as well. What an amazing ice cream. We people of Gujranwala are waiting for more international brands in our city to come.

A huge choice of ice cream flavours, which Baskin Robbins is renown for. The interior is as eye catching as the exterior, and ice cream is as tasty as it looks!

Well the service was good and staff was friendly but when it came to the real thing which is taste and flavour, Me and both my kids were really disappointed, I dont know how they have develop the different ice cream flavours but there is a huge potential of improvement. Beware of poor taste with expensive prices.
