Location of this building is nice and best for offices instead of shops.

A commercial centre in the middle of city not so old building but looks like a 50 year old building due to lack of interest. No proper maintenance and cleanliness.

A TOP LOCATION, BUT NOT MAINTAINED, MOSTLY UNATTRACTIVE FOR GENERAL PUBLIC

Condition of the plaza is worst. No maintenance at all. Only the Mosque is a plus point of this plaza.

Its the one of the biggest and the busiest business place in Gujranwala. Its a 7 floor plaza and almost more than 10 small size software houses in this plaza. Many travel agencies offices here and some of hole sale luxury cutlery shops also here. Plaza has hude parking space in front of the plaza nearly 50 cars park in front of bhutta center and the basement is complete parking also with capacity of 100 cars. Its good place for doing any business head office.
