The employees at this location are rude and not very helpful. If they have to look for something the customer wants they get an attitude quick! Will no longer be shopping here

This location has some of the most dedicated employees. Always willing to help, they try and suit your business or personal needs appropriately. They also offer one of the best print shops in greenville if you want something done correctly and on time. They offer a wide range of office products, office furniture, and school and office supplies. You can email documents to the print shop to have expedited service. Amazing work from all the employees here! :)

Just like many other stores, stock is very limited. The one thing I needed said one in stock. It was the display. I drove an hour. One would think with todays technology they could figure out how to show sold out or out of stock.

The woman working the copy center today was excellent. Friendly and helpful, exactly what a customer service person should be! She took care of my copies and made me smile after listening to me complain about the poor service I just had at Staples. I will only use office Depot from now on!

Emailed documents to be printed and stapled. Was emailed back stating order would be ready for pickup 1:30 pm. Stopped by store at 3:30 pm, they hadn’t even started running the order. Man in the print department said they had been busy, and showed no sense of urgency in getting the order ready. When pressed, he said he was going to have to get some help to get the order ready, again no sense of urgency in doing so. Spoke with the store manager Matt, who basically told us we should cut them some slack because they had been very busy. I could actually understand and deal with that. Things happen. But, no apologies. No empathy for the fact that we were late leaving town due to them. And, when they did bring us the documents they had not stapled them! They told us that the order did not state “stapling.” I told them to check and when they did it clearly said “stapled.” I asked for a stapler and stapled them myself because, again, no sense of urgency or even a hint that they cared that they had — again — disappointed a customer. When I told the manager how frustrated I was with him and the individual running their print department he told me I should be grateful he had the employee stop doing other things to take care of our order. No sense of customer service at all. Incredibly disappointing experience. I will never be back.

Horrible experience. The price on the shelf is $79.99 and the checkout price is $139.99. They are completely different. What a scam! Never come here again.

A lot of construction going on at the entrance, but the store is open!! Employees are friendly and helpful. Only one employee working the copy/print area on the day I went, but he was efficient and fast!!

This is basically what its name implies, office supplies, office furniture, computers. I visited the store not quite knowing what i was looking for. One of the employees found me and showed me what I had been looking for. The register opened so I could check out. Right now it appears the store is closed, but they are open. They are helpful.

Its always an easy shopping experience. No matter what my needs are, they are professionally met by competent friendly associates. It makes a difference when you as a customer feel comfortable and welcome. At 8:55 PM they are just as nice and helpful as they are at 10 AM.

The people in this store are always friendly, willing to help, quick and speedy service, so much better than Staples who just dont want to help you because you arent worth their time. Office depot is my go to place now for business supplies and printing service

I have to run events for my small organization, so I rely not only on supplies, but also on services and access to tools in order to make sure that everything runs smoothly.This Office Depot is my favorite office & tech supply source! Since they remodeled, it was difficult to find what I was looking for. After finding it, I didnt know where to check out at first.

Worst service I have ever had. Waited for 15-20 minutes in the print department. I just wanted to print one sheet of paper... The manager was requested by a busy print employee to help. But he did not. I left before receiving service. No one even noticed me leaving - and the store was nearly empty with employees just lingering and chatting amongst products near the entrance. I give one star for the busy print employee who was trying her best.

My wife and I were checking several stores for an appliance. The store we would normally purchase at had extremely little to choose from, which was disappointing. When we explained to the manager what we needed, he offered to let us use his computers to locate what we needed. Few stores will allow a customer to use their computers for such a reason.

They were very helpful and had the best price.

I have been buying from the Greenville Office Depot for over 10 years and I have always had great customer service. Their printing and copying services are outstanding.

This Office Depot is the worse I have ever been to! Customer service is a joke! I stand at the counter to get some business cards made and two associates are there but never acknowledge me, one leaves and the other finally speaks. This place is the most racists I have seen. I notice before me the associate engages in conversation between to Caucasian males but once I come up, its not even a hello. Its what can I help you with. I was also suppose to get a phone call of when my business cards would be finished...never happened! I called today and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes, that is when I decide to go up there to get my paid merchandise! On the way out the front cashier had the nerve to say have a nice day but never acknowledged me coming in!!
