Terminal was not clean.It was SkyWays service very pathetic,just like local bus service pick and drop off passengers through out the way from Muzafarabad to Islamabad.Will suggest never to travell on Skyways service.Daewoo is far better service.

Its not Daewoo service or Daewoo bus. Its Chinese buses YUTONG brand. Buses are OK with average services. It takes more than 4 hours from Muzaffarabad to Rawalpindi & vice versa. Loud music on Main TV without head phones. You cant see professionalism among bus staff.Muzaffarabad needs service like Faisal Movers, Sania Express or Daewoo (original ).

Extreme monopoly and often you wont get good seats. Drivers are sometimes greedy and will stop the buses at many points to pick up the passengers to fill in folding seats.

Muzaffarabad terminal is located at very convenient place for commuters.Before entering city this terminal is small but well operated.Staff here is also very professional infact they are surprisingly very nice and behave very politely. Which is rare behaviour on terminals in Pakistan.Buses are also in very good shape. Youtong Master buses.

Too much fare for Rwp as compare to other cities like Peshawar, Lahore , multan etc. Refreshment is normal

Better Transportation is a one of real relief to citizens. Thanks to Muzaffarabad Express. Travel Time control needs much improvement.

Muzaffarabad Daewoo service was a much awaited vip bus service in muzaffarabad. They provide a luxury traveling in quality coaches of Daewoo from muzaffarabad to Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi. Staff is good and friendly .Rates are little higher but considering the quality of buses , not much.

Newly started facility. 10:00 Pm service for Muzaffarabad to Lahore is something worth mentioning. Really helpful working people of Muzaffarabad working in Lahore. The timing is really physible and goes quite fast as reaches Lahore early in the morning.

It’s really comfortable and easy although the road is still not up to the mark but it works well except for that irritating music and movies that are unwanted

Good service, wild drivers, awam..pls.. also the infotainment is on loudspeaker. No headphones.leaves 15-20 minutes late usually. Thats okay cause youll arrive early

Ticket is high but service is not good. Conductor was smoking. Bus hosts were sleeping. Lcd was open playing in bus to loud noise. No head phones. And bus was stopped load unkown passenger from pindi motorway mor 1 hour delay. Very disappointed service. Just bus seats were comfortable.
