In these days of covid-19 restrictions..not good place for dine in with family..very conjusted place..taste is fine but not outclass..

Service is outclass. Taste wise menu needs improvement. Ambiance is good too.

I love their sizzling brownie... It tastes perfectly delicious. Peek a boo is also goood.... I havent tried their chicken based food yet but its top notch for deserts and delights. Especially the Kohinoor branch, when u are so tired of shopping just sit there in a comfortable environment inside Attraction store, have ur desert and do sweet shopping

I did not like The Lounge because their food quality and taste are not comparable to other eateries I have tried in Islamabad and lahore and they. The prices are higher fo items even though you can get much better taste for lower price in faisalabad as well as other bigger cities. I tried the beef mushroom steak and it was not that good even though they were offering a premium beef cut. There are better places out there with more value for your money. Pay money if its worth it and sadly the lounge is not.

An exotic restaurant famous for its buffet with a number of delicious and tasty dishes. I give it five out of five for its cozy environment and quality of food. It also has a small area that is open all the time for deserts and similar food. Buffet is separate and highly recommended.

Hi-Tea is one of the best in city and with good timings. The staff is polite, helpful and knows about their menu. Service is good. Generally the crowd is family oriented and could get noisy because of the kids and people.

Went to the Sapphire outlet with family. Had a nice experience of shopping there with courteous staff at the reception and around the shopping counters. Overall nice shopping experience.

Somedays the food you are served with is warm n yummy somedays its not depends upon chef’s mood for the day i guess. Staff is very cooperative.

The interior was so nice but food’s quantity was un satisfying. According to quantity food was too much expensive. You’ll need almost 1500 per head to fill your hunger because can’t stop your mouth on one dish .

A good place and located right in the heart of city. They are popular in Hi Tea and they attract trendy crowed over there.Mostly you will find the places filled with youngsters and they also have arrangements for families.Taste is good but not best and they need to work for improvements to match with others and take the lead among all of same kind of restaurants and lounges.

The Lounge has a nice feel. Good for a casual chat to maybe a semi formal meeting given the ambience. Sort of relaxing to sit comfortably and have a nice meal at a store. Good service. The twin mushrooms steak was great, chilli chicken dry was good, house special gravy with rice was average.

Nice ambience, nice steaks, but pizza is below average.
