Its an excellent initiative by government for people who are willing to pay an extra fee of 2500 + tax on NBP payment counter is also inside the vicinity which saves a lot of time .Best service, literally took me 20 mins to go through all the procedure for my passport and I received it after 4 days as well.just go to this office with required documents and they will do the rest at their best

A good place to apply/renew your passport in one office, staff attitude is better then other offices, they need to improve customer service, i tried to call at least 5 times but they never attend that. once you apply the passport then you have no source to track your application.

Stagnated staff in a new office setting. If your ID is issued in a different District then they cannot reissue your passport.The private security guard knows all the rules plus he has the attitude of the DA. Jokes apart if EVERYTHING is in order then they will charge you Rs.12,000 for a 10 year validity passport. For the other poor folks it’s back to the usual long queues and hassles of Old Passport Office

Phone numbers are not attended for a single.time even. Just like ordinary wapda office
