Its a three star hotel in Faisalabad Pakistan. It has its own restaurant.room are clean . charges are fair enough.

Hotel grand is amazing safe secure and having good staff .I suggest this hotel for every one who is planning to visit FAISALABAD WITH OR WITHOUT FAIMLY . WELL-DONE GRANDIANS.

Absolutely pathetic stay at hotel grand. There was no hot water available. Air-conditioned was turned on but they didnt give us the remote control. They didnt give us blankets or quilts although its almost November. The sofas in room were dirty. The breakfast was not good. The paratha n egg was drenched in oil. There was no electricity for 4 hours in the morning. UPS was available but no socket had power. They had a big generator outside the hotel but they didnt turn it on even on asking. As a result we could not press our clothes. Pillows given to us was extremely dirty. Had to cover it with pillow cover. V bad experience. Dont go here. Not worth 3500 per night.

The hotel is good as per the price I paid for double room. AC was fine, room clearness was okay. Washroom was okay. I got it in 3500 with one mattress and buffet breakfast included for two persons.

A small hotel. Good for people who don’t want to spend too much on hotel stays. They don’t have generator, only ups. A small corridor outside the room is very noisy, and noises of people outside are heard in the room. So it’s not that quiet.They do provide breakfast.

Nice hotel with normal rate of 3500 for two. But the issue is with there break fast. If youre staying for 7 days they will give you the same breakfast every day...

Room boys are totally unexperience, specially I had a very bad experience, e. g. I was in the room & it was locked from inside, suddenly the room boy open the room & straight get, it was very shocking moment for, how come he open the room as the key is with me, surprise to know the key no. of room was different of my room no. & how he open the room with another key no. Tottaly unprofessional attitude & there are so many other things, which cant be explain at this moment, soup (hot & sour) was very bad to taste.

Dont waste your money, in this price range you can find allot of better options. no manner to talk to customers and no facilities.

Small hotel inside boundary wall of Faisalabad hockey stadium.Very congested area due to car showrooms.Rooms and lobby is very small, if you have come to hotel for sleeping only then its okay.

Night staff behavior is not good at all

We stayed 12 nights and really enjoyed while staying in hotel. Good breakfast and excellent room service. We enjoyed delicious oriental dishes (better than restaurants) at reasonably good price. Run by good and dedicated team and we would like to stay again in future. located in walking distance from Kohinoor City, a really shopping experience. Only downside is surrounding location within car dealers market and poor roads.
