It is always a great pleasure to visit the Camp Darul Ehsan which is the burial place of Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat Ali (ابو انیس محمد برکت علی لودھیانوی) commonly known as Bawa Ji Sarkar (باوا جی سرکار) (April 27, 1911 – January 26, 1997) situated on the main Samundari Faisalabad Road. He was a Great Muslim Sufi (Saint) who belonged to the Qadri spiritual order(سلسلہ قادریہ). He was the founder of the non-political, non-profit, religious organisation, Dar-ul-Ehsan( دارلاحسان).He was born into a Muslim family belonging to the Dhariwal Jatt ethnic group. His father, Nigahi Bakhsh, was an employee of the British Army. He gave many interviews to the Pakistani National TV Channel PTVHis literary work is notable in the Muslim world and his name is also included in the List of Muslim writers and poets. He wrote more than 400 books on different topics including religion, ethics and philosophy.Some of his famous books are:- Makshoofat Manazal-e-Ehsan, 5 volumes- Kitab-ul-Amal Bis-Sunnah 5 volumes- Asma-un-Nabi-ul-Kareem, 6 volumes- Maqalat-e-Hikmat 30 volumes- Zikr-e-ElahiOn 27 April 2013, Pakistan Post office issued a stamp with a denomination of Rupees 8 under its Men of Letters series in honour of Sufi Barkat Ali.
