No cooperative/professional staff.....everyone comes for enjoyment and Mobile watch...... so please try to avoid in this office.....and also not disturb the staff....

Pathetic public dealing. No information is displayed anywhere. Staff is nonprofessional and mostly uncooperative. The time displayed in google is wrong, actual time is 9am to 3pm. They dont accept files after that.Always come with your original CNIC and driving license. Car parking بھتہ tax is Rs40, if found. For renewal, collect file for Rs50 from a window and purchase post tickets (see website for detail). Tickets could be bought from outside photocopier as well for Rs 10 extra on each ticket. Do your medical from DHQ or Allied hospital (highly difficult due to no que and bad discipline situation in hospitals).Come back and go to 1st floor enter your data and snap shot in computer at a desk on 1st floor. Go to room 3 to submit file. Pay courier fee Rs 180. Thats all.
