Poor services

Very poor customer service ... I experienced with one of the staff lady there last week... she was on the phone texting and was so rude with me while I Needed the help... she even put the receipt on the table and said take it by yourself... that kind of govt servants should throw in the Trash

Massive staff but zero customer service, No guidance and no one take responsibility.
