I visited this subway last night and the staff tried to ripe me off after realizing I was American. I ordered a 12 cookies deal for Rs.1,050 plus GST 16% is Rs.1,218 total. But they kept telling me to pay Rs. 1,800 and they did something on their calculator and said it was because of taxes. I told them it shouldnt be this high and thats when another guy did something on his calculator and he said my total was Rs.1,500. I asked to see my sale receipt for proof and thats when they got nervous and they went down to Rs.1,218 which was the price stated on my receipt. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. THIS BRANCH DOES NOT HAVE HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY STAFF. THEY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WITH MONEY SO THEY CAN SPLIT IT AMONGST THEMSELVES. very disappointed in staff services. My cashier name was: IRFAN 1. I have my receipt as proof and you can check the store security cam recording for more evidence. You can see me arguing with them about overcharging me. I visited around 11:24 PM on 12/12/2020

The food was good, I guess. The thing I like about Subway is the ability to mix and match ingredients as you like.The staff was courteous and helpful. The service is quite fast, but the bread was pre made and a bit crusty.The new options inspired by local flavors are quite palatable and even a bit cheaper than the other options provided.Even if you dont like subs I would highly recommend you Subway cookies, they are very good. Entrance is not wheelchair accessible, neither is wheelchair seating available. Parking is adequate and wheelchair accessible. If you want a sub sandwich to eat, Subway is the only option in Faisalabad apart from local food cart vendors.

We ordered burgers but they were cold as ice , they should have atleast heated them. The infrastructure was cool and all but the main dish didnt appeased me.

Traditional taste across the world. Bread size is bit small in Pakistan but overall taste and serving is good. Various ingredients are used in the foot long and six inches long breads. Healthy options are available. Kids meal is not offered here. Coffee and bakery are available.
