Building is good. Interior is good. But sitting is not good, not even comfortable. Chairs are made of steel. Sofas are too small. Taste isnt good at all. Zinger were too oily. Ingredients were just a formality in Zinger Burger. Just a sauce & chicken piece & thats it. And I was amazed by their rates.That Zinger Burger (The Zing) is for 399+ tax.16% GST is also charged separately Not Recommended.

Although ambience is neat and clean, yet the food quality is average and leaves a lot to be desired. The burger size is very small. The worst thing was the fries which were made of sweet potatoes and lacked crispness and taste. In short I didnt get the value for money. The management needs to focus on the quantity and quality of the food.

Drive through is a nightmare, especially if you have a big size car

Fast food restaurant good taste and best offers are also available there. Embiance was ok. No place for kids to have fun. This must be added. Location is very good. Neat and clean environment also found. But wash room were not operative today . As they said there was a problem today and will resolve that issue very shortly. Restaurant crew was very humble. Very very bad experience with them nothing good but their french fries.Heed my advice and never order anything from the seafood menu. I recently tried their fish and prawn burgers and it smelled like dead dogs corpse inside started vomiting on my way back. I think they never wash the fish and it was damn tasteless had to gargle all night to clean that smell off my taste buds.What a ripoff considering their prices.

Went there last night. It was awful. They couldnt handle all the orders. Its a fast food restaurant but they took 40 mins to prepare our food after all the customer started yelling at them. The manager was hiding in the back like a coward. Wouldnt even face us instead he sent a cashier to deal with all the angry customers. Worst customer service. Im never going there again. Unless they offer free food. I might go then.

Pathetic service, I had a gross experience of drive through. All yhe food panda guys were standing at drive through counter restricting the customers in car to receive their orders. The guy taking order in drive yhrouhh was busy un his personal cell phone and took my order incomplete. He didnt listen to me carefully while taking order and what I got at the end is entirely different. When I complaining about those food panda gus standing at the receiving counter, the OPTP guy said, sir its their counter. Please ban that drive through if u cant handle the customers. Ill prefer to ho to other drive throughs who give their customers some respect.

The Optp is known by its fries. Sad to say, but fries of this new branch are not up to the standards of optp, the sauce was not good. Potatos were also not fresh. So I would say, you better go to Boulevard mall. Cheers
