Non technical staff.... poor quality and service
This place is good as well as their customer service. Staff is very supportive. But, most of the times you have to wait because there are lot of people there whenever you go.Try to go there before 2 p.m to avoid waiting for a long time for your turn. This is only jazz customer support office in Faisalabad which is not enough to accomodate its users in a big city like Faisalabad.

Good services and a better CR officers behavior. Easy to approach location. Waiting lounge has good seatings. Sperate waiting lounge for women is a appreciate able step. Token wise serving has also a better service then other customer service offices. Wide parking area with parking token. Over all its good.
Main office of jazz and warid telecom
Worst experience with jazz. Purchased postpaid sim. Worst 4g network coverage, poor sound quality.Visited jazz franchises but they didnt deactivated the sim. Referred to business center.At jazz business center:Extremely overcrowded. Even more rushy than national bank. Have to wait for two hours just to deactivate the sim.Stay away from jazz products please
A very much crowded place. They are needed to increase the services desks and enhance the place for the waiting area.

Too crowdy place. Mobillink should expand the space and increase the manpower. It is suggested to give some benefits to furnchisors too so they can take interest in solving problems of people rather than referring them to main office.

Mobilink head office. Too much rush in the office. You have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes for your turn. But have good seating arrangement
No wheel chair available no priority desk/counter for Senior citizens , oftenly two or three counters r without staffadmin found not in his/her seat on asking àn official told that after the merger of warid workload increased many fold that made space squeeze n workers over burdened
Theyre pretty responsive. But they definitely need more counters to handle customers and more space, to accommodate the large number of customers who often have to stand up waiting for their turn. Expect to wait for for almost an hour for your turn.
