Bad service using old buses for the shorter route .I was traveling from Faisalabad to Lahore and i bought tickets for Business class imagining that the bus will be very nice and neat and clean but inside the bus you just feel that you are on a old truck . Seat incliners were not working no cleanliness damaged seats and they call it business class dont buy tickets for it better to go for normal one its same

Bilal travels has finished their business in Multan and now its serving in Faisalabad lahore etc. Though the services are good.

Staff is not so professional. They had locked the family waiting room while all the ladies were sitting outside in wait for their bus. I asked the management why waiting room is locked? They said the person having the keys is coming to open the room. After one hour we left for our destination and room was still locked.

I was travel for Gujranwala.... Very old class busses.. In responsible driver.. Drive so rude... Mostly i hate the busses they charge us for luxury busses and give us a very bad experience... I hate their service so much.. And the bus was 1 hour late from the giving time!

Today I travel from peshawar to Faisal Abad the travel is so boring bus conditions not good. Also the bus host behavior is so bad I demand a 2nd disposable glass because the first glass is fall under my seat but he refused to give me 5 Rs rupees disposable glass?? I The seats are not comfortable as compared to Faisal movers.

Try to book online ticket may you got 30 percent discount. Billal travels are better than sky-ways travels..kohistan travels also have luxury buses.

Online bookings is better option but you have still to get ticket by showing your online ticket

Best bus service as compared to any other company. Very good and reliable services, staff and buses. But the partnership with other bus services in differnet cities like rawalpindi is not as good as their own services.

Bilal travels is good company. Average buses they have. There reach Time is good. They do not have 2 stations in a city. Other bus stand has 2 stations and it takes alot time to reach Lahore. But Bilal travels isnice.

Very bad experience. I travelled faisalabad to Lahore the bus was so uncomfortable. I booked tickets of 6:00 am and bus was 40 minutes late.

Bilal Travels are excellent transport service of Punjab which is Lahore based and offers services to Islamabad mainly with some buses for Faisalabad & Multan.The buses for Faisalabad werent of good quality in the past but new models are now introduced by management. They are from Yutong group, Daewoo & other luxury bus manufacturers.Bilal Transport is also not having adequate buses from Islamabad to Faisalabad route. This is main route so frequency of buses should be increased significantly.

Service is poor. The bus arrived late, 20 minutes later than the departure time mentioned on ticket. Moreover there isnt any designated place for buses of bilal travels so the passengers have to suffer.

I traveled in business class... Which is not better than Executive class... I dont know why they charge extra fare...I think for the reason that business class has single seats. But that doesnt make sense...Overall i would suggest you not to spend extra for business class... I would highly recommend you to use the executive class.. Even the seats in executive class are more comfortable.Well they are providing overall great services.
