I love Metro cash & carry bcoz it provides almost every thing for daily usage under single roof.

Relatively not affordable in prices of grocery and cosmetics. Whenever the management of the store presents goods like electric, grocery on Offers then one can have good opportunity of shopping on affordable price. Meat section have fresh meat on affordable prices. Off and on visits can be fruitful.

A good place to shop for all kind of stuff

One of the best option for shopping in the town.it is international chain with enormous products. You can shop everything which you want in daily life. Bakery section is nice where you can avail fresh product. Simlarly chicken beef mutton all sort of sea food is available here.

Quality of metro is better than other grocery brands

I travelled from UK and decided to get a Metro card to do my shopping. The process of getting a new card was easy, quick and smooth.Friendly staff, I managed to get nearly all I need under one roof at a decent price. Very convenient place to do my shopping, some things I couldnt find elsewhere, I found here.The only downside was when I went to checkout, the girls serving was pushing and pushing me to buy a Metro own brand cake so I took one to please her......She then proceeded to pester me to buy the rest of the cakes, I politely said no on 5 occasions but she still didnt stop pestering me!!!In anger I passed her the cake back and said she can keep that one too. She was very lucky I didnt put all my shopping back!!I will however shop there again as it has all I need.

From 1 year to till now, Metro cash and carry is going to down by their products quality and bad services of staff and poor quality of store. They shut down their air conditioning from 1 year, I feel they lost their customers, mostly store is empty from customers and they save electricity bill from air conditioning shut down.My last trip was a bad experience, when i came at cash till and i was very thirsty and i took 2 bottle of shezan lemon barley and pay my all shopping bill and go out.When i reached home and check my shopping with my paid bill and i saw they received from me in bill, ( 2 pet of shezan lemon barley, i bought only 2 bottles not 2 pet. I still have that bill invoice of Metro. Its a big cheating with customers.I am very disappointed from Metro store Faisalabad.

Metro cash and carry is my favourite place to shopping. I like this place very much. many times I visit it for shopping. this Metro store is the biggest store in Faisalabad and also in Pakistan. you can get everything in this place. means a lot of items are available here which are in our daily use. one roof for all your needs.

I have purchased an electric heater (Alpina) but it is not heating the room/ office, when I called them next day (with in 24 hours of purchase), they said you can not exchange/ return at store instead go to warrantee centre to get it repaired. None sense. Poor customer service.

Metro Cash and Carry is complete shopping store for compete house shopping . Prices are very good and product quality is normal in some departments . Safe and easy parking system . But some time its crowded on Friday and saturday sunday at Bill counters .

Extra charging store, prices are too high and additional 17% of GST is applied to the whole amount in invoice. i suggest not to shop there. very bad experience.

For electronics appliances , price is extra more as compared to open market. I bought one fryer from metro that price Rs 5950 but when i checked same product in open market, its in range from 3900 to 4300.Same thing for the LED tv they have more price as compared to market. My suggestion before visit the metro, check the price in open market.
