It is 5 step processI started the process at 09.00amin 1st step of picture taking it took 30 minutes2nd step data collection 5 minute3rd step verification 1 minute4th step verification 1 minute5th step interview 15 minutes...recieved passport after 10 working days.

Its necessary to go to passport office to skip agents.

Most officers are corrupt they will not helpful for you

Deputy Director was a nice n cooperative person. Other staff was also good.Place was not at all good. So congested and ACs were not as required.

The Office its self is a bit crowded but faculty is co-orperative and you can get done in 1 hourJust have to deposite money in the bank , come in with a deposit slip two copies of I.D card and thats it.

Service was quick and I loved it for not waiting for anything

I went for my passport last November, all touts have been removed, service was fast and satisfactory. However there was no one at the information desk, and secondly there must be two people at the photograph booth, taking one star out for that. TCS service is also now available so can get your passport delivered at your door step.

Better to go executive office 100 times then this disrespect and wastage of time. If it’s in my hand surely i sue the staff but Allah have justice for everyone sooner or later.

Takes around 30-60 min to apply for new passport. You can apply only in your own ID Card residential city.First deposit the Passport Fee at authorized NBP Branch, then come to passport office.Bring Original ID Card with 2 photocopies.No help desk available so you have to ask any person in the office they will guide you the process.TCS facility is available.

Never understand why every government office of Pakistan have poor service unless we show some bribe...useless procedure and taking time for nothing.Always system down.Behave like we are their servant but if we see logically were paying them salaries from our taxes so theyre our servants but here its all opposite.So much fed up from this system

Faisalabad passport office is full of idiots. Despite the fact we presented our valid passport and National Identity Card they refused to renew the passport because we did not have NICOP. NICOP hasnt been issued by anoteher incompetent department even after three months. Now we are stuck in Pakistan without a valid passport and NICOP. Director and other employees are very rude and needless to say complete stupid idiots, they can see on the system that the NICOP has not been issued and they can see two other forms of identity but perhaps want bribe which I am never going to give them.I am struggling to contain swear words. But if I see them in real life I am sure you can imagine I am going to be very innovative with all punjabi swear words.Message for the director and rude stupid idiot retard in Faisalabad passport office: If you are suffering from some mental illness, go and seek some help.
