Service was great but not now. I have been here around 15+ times, and Never saw any family enjoying meals in their Family Lounge. Good Place for couples. They have many seeky places where you can hide yourself and can enjoy time with your Partner.

Washroom needs to be maintained. Food quality was just fine...

The current situation is quite bad. Wait time is more than usual. Food quality is below average now. More oily and less maintained food.

Too much expensive and not so good

Good place to bring family and kids. Taste is also good thats why we prefer to go here despite of similar places around it. They have a playground for kids on 2nd floor. First floor and basement are for families and married couples and ground floor is for singles and male groups. Rates are a little higher but I still prefer it based on its environment and taste.

Poor quality and service and taste.

Pathetic. Wrong food received after half an hour and a refund was entertained by cashier after asking only once. My first and last visit tonight.

Good fast food outlet on the main Susan Road. Quality of their burgers and french fries is very good but the pizza is so so. Ambience is okay with good views. This shop attracts good crowds on the weekends and on special occasions like Eids etc. Fri Chicks is also the favorite fast food restaurant for the college students.Fri Chicks is a good local addition to the fast food chains in the city.

I went last evening for dinner with my friends, very poor service, when we went for order POS not working they said go to other one, that one also not working for a while, any how we ordered some pizzas and French fries, time for pick up after 15 minuets, I went to take my orde only pizzas ready except noting, waiter on desk don’t know my order, I gave my receipt to him he said wait, he gave me chicken wings and fries, when I ask him where is my receipt he lost, he cannot find receipt,all customers looking at them, my friends insisting me leave it, so I left, attitude of the staff very disappointing.Tables are not comfortable it’s too high you can not eat properly.I recommend, Kindly improve your standers.
