Illiterate. the salesperson told me they have no idea what they are selling, they dont grantee on speed or stability, for that call 1218..even recommended me to use Zong. why is PTCL still a thing in Pakistan?!

PTCL is very quick in sales. Once you place order the quickly get your connection. But after you get PTCL connection they will not listen to your complaints. Offices are modren now same staff but I feel like they are trying to do better. Overall its Ok. Service is fine some nice staff soo Its ok.

This is one of three best customer service centers launched by PTCL in Faisalabad so far. They are also providing all the PTCL devices and products at this single place. The staff is cooperative and do their best to resolve the customer issues within the available resources.

Good staff he behaves sO well

Here staf really doesnt behave like the staff of a nice company should behave. Actually the staff is very old since it was a government company before. So you have to tolerate too much here. If youre going for a complain about your internet, forget that theyll do something for you quickly. Theyll make you wait for almost 2-3 days. The best you can do is you can call and complain in the PTCL headquarters Islamabad. Theyll forward the message here and then theyll do it fast.

One of the most sucking place in the world. Its been more than a year I am coming here to resolve my billing issue. Managerial authorities are sitting in their boom air-conditioned chilled offices and they always note the problem and makes customers satisfied that there issue must be resolved this time. But Nothing resolves ever.PTCL gave their employees almost all the facilities a good private sector company does but the people on the seats still has the same old bunch in their heads they call mind. Humiliating customers and even enjoys them being humiliated.I know all are not the same and they never does in any company.
