I Received a promotional sms from chenab motors promising exiting discounts on parts and services when i called they promised 5% discount on shock price and a free oil filter if i buy engine oil and free replacement. It was some 25 KM away from my house on arriving i was told you can avail one discount either 5% on shock or a free oil filter on replacement of engine oil with no labour charges but insisted on both after some hue & cry they agreed but the service department was informed they didnt have the shock so poor was their communication and i was charged labour of 100 Rs for oil replacement and as cashier was not available i was promised to be sent on WhatsApp but still waiting after two hours
