I ordered few items for 2015 vitz and all of them were amazing quality and very reasonable rate than market .I would highly recommend

Called Phone Operator 4 Time, on 5th time he received my call and the way of talking unethically, very rude and embarrassing. He did not listen to me and drop the call after saying that he is busy now call me after an hour.

They give less rate on phone but when you go on the shop they charge more money as per there policy that our rates are fix and the salesman there are rude no recommended at all

Placed an order online on their website on 29th April. Still waiting for them to dispatch it. Every few days they say will be dispatched tomorrow but nothing. If they say they are in the business since 1997 then they should definitely know how to deal with customers but it doesnt seem like that. They honestly should shut down. If they are facing a delay due to the current situation just say it to the customer why leave them hanging.

Worst attitude I ever experienced.I bought chrome polish from them. They showed me 3 bottles and all were leaked. Sealed were already open.Next day I came to return them back ( because my brother had already bought it ) and they said we have used it and returning back after using it. They dont know how to talk to their customers who are giving them business.I showed them all of their leaked bottles.But for a 1000 rupee product they were dying to return it.These things we inly experience in Pakistan. They make shops but never have professionalism.I would rather prefer buying from elsewhere then buying from here.Poor attitude and service.( I dontwant to give them a single star even )

One of the largest car decoration / parts shops I ever visited. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, location is excellent. Highly recommended.

Short version: Genuine 3m products online at the best price.Long version:I was after specifically 3m brake lube and anti seize copper, something that local stores dont usually keep in stock. A few shops that do sell 3m products around mall rd or montgomery rd (lahore) said they could order it in from the distributor, price woud be between rs1300-1500. If you dont live nearby then for sure you will end up paying 300-500rs on transport to get to these shops.Online shops have it between rs1500-rs1800. I am sure none of them stock it, they will get it from the distributor after an order. Autohub.pk for eg list it as rs1800, and current sale is rs1699. Their sale never ends, they think customers are stupid to fall for these cheap tactics. The whole point of online business is to reduce operating costs, thus providing cheaper prices. 99% online businesses in Pakistan charge more than local shops.Here at citycar.pk, they had it listed for rs1300. Plus at the time I ordered they had it at 10% sale, so I got it at rs1170. Here, 3m brake cleaner is listed at rs900. Autohub have it for rs1150. Even shops at Montgomery road had it for rs1000. Shipping is fixed at citycar, at rs130, but its reasonable than burning fuel to get to local shops.They however need to properly write down product descriptions and sizes with proper clear pictures. I will for sure buy 3m products from here again.
