Its pleasure to take tea in good environment . Chainak restaurant should replace their transparent glass tea cups with good crockery because they are Charging high prices for tea i.e (Rs 135 for special karak chaiy).

Safe and clean environment. Papular with university students as GCUF lies aside. Best for groups and gatherings. Safe to bring kids and family. 0500 to 0900 is high time to visit and taste aromatic and delicious food. Highly recommended for students.

A good roadside place to sit and chat over food. The time of order delivery is quite much to make you feel annoyed. So if you think you are short of time, dont choose this place. However if you want to have some instant drinks like tea or shakes or fresh juices, visiting this place would definitely be a good decision. Also if have a choice, try going here during night time, it adds to the pleasure :)

Nicely decorated giving you a traditional yet hipster vibe. I really like the ambience. But service is a bit awkward. I ordered a Chai with gur, it tasted a bit off as if the milk went bad. I told them and guess what they brought me. A Chai with regular sugar. They claimed that it tasted off due to the gur, which was not true. The new Chai also tasted weird. No good communication... Customer asks for one thing and they bring something entirely different. The other beverages seemed to be good. I like the fact that there is a lot of outside seats and also inside seats.

Quality tea availability. Need more accuracy for the order taking and supply. Consider it as a suggestion. Location and sitting order is perfect. Need some lights to brighten the location and more displayable. Have not checked the take away service rest is all good there to enjoy individually and with family members.

This restaurant has nice environment with open to sky sitting. Tea in particular is nice. They need to be more attentive to customer feedback when it is about quality of service specially when you can address complaint with minimum effort. I plan to visit again but hopefully they are more alert to hygiene

Food seating area and atmosphere is good, serving time needs a lot of improvement. It takes forever to get the order on top of that if they forget to bring something in the order then you will have to wait till you have finished your food to get it.
