Don’t be victim anyone both father n son r cheaters.I order 17 Bunk bed they said within a week my order will ready n ask me to pay 10,000-/ advanceEven after 1 months thy just keep lying on me.Aft several call n I visited 3 times to get back my advance amount but they denied to give back, finally I was about to complain to police then only they send my money through Bank.Very bad experience .At beginning very humble attitude but at last showing evil attitude just shouted on me!Please never buy n deal any items from this shop.

The quality of steel furniture has gone down substantially. My steel almirahs were delivered without bubble wrap or cardboard paper wrapping. By the time it reached my place, there were so many scratches that the white metal sheet was exposed!!!On calling the current proprietor to inform about the horrible service, he didnt even bother to speak to be delivery guys to ask why the almirah was delivered in such condition.He had the cheek to say kya hua sir, log paint Kar denge, Baad me kisi ko bhijwa k dikha dunga.Nobody came to check till date. If you are for good quality with excellent service, this is the last place you should look

Worst services got almirah repaired from him. Damaged it from front and sides, broke the handle of locker, scratches on my new almirah. When called him he said. Will send worker after sometime. Nobody is there right now. More than two months no one came.

Got wall fixed box type almirahs made from Batra steel furnitures around 3 years back. We wanted fancy door handles which gives it a wooden almirah look. We went ahead by their suggestion only for the door handles but those started troubling in only first 6 months of use. They had given a lifetime warranty for their almirahs and handles. They replaced once, free of cost but second time same problem happened with other almirah to what they said these handles have been discontinued by them as they were getting lot of complaints, so now they cannot replace them free of cost.While placing the order and collecting the amount they promise you life time free service but in reality they dont serve you more than once.Overall, poor after sales service and the amount they charge, one can get heavier almirahs in Khayala or Vishnu Garden with better after sales.
