Just had a new custom-size refrigerator delivered and installed. Tight fit in cabinet recess but installers did a great job fitting and leveling. very courteous and professional also. Long manufacturing time from date ordered due to COVID but they kept us notified all along. Highly recommend Fredericks.

This last time involved my dishwasher which went belly up in the middle of December. I was able to get the Bosch appliance I wanted and did not have to wait 4 months to get it. We had a wonderful experience with purchasing our new Bosch dishwasher from Fredericks Appliance Center! The whole process - from sales to delivery - was fast and easy. Michael Factora, in sales, was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions in helping us with selection. Mitchell Swafford-Cobb arrived wearing a mask (due to COVID-19 precautions) within the first 30 minutes of our 3 hour delivery window. He installed our dishwasher, tested it, gave us a little tutorial on how to use it and hauled away our old LG in under an hour! We were impressed by his efficiency, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Emailed Fredericks to see if they had a certain deep freezer. I got a response from Luke within one minute. Very impressed so I called and Luke told me they had two left. I asked to hold it and went down and immediately purchased the deep freeze from a salesman named Greg. Because of my customer service from Luke I ended up purchasing a Wolf Range, a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer and a Zephyr Hood. Greg was very helpful. My biggest compliment goes out to the delivery gentlemen Tyler and Eduardo ( Eddie ) who were so professional, quick and informative. Very nice and very knowledgle about the products. They were wonderful installers . Showed up on time. I will be back. I plan on buying a new fridge and dishwasher from Fredericks next year.

Our 18 year old dryer died on us about a week and a half ago. Wanting to support small business in this time of Covid, we called Fredericks Appliance Center in Redmond. Not knowing appliances have become hard to acquire at this time, they had one of the models we were considering and promised a next day delivery. The delivery dudes, Eduardo & Chris, came on time, installed the unit quickly and represented Fredericks in a very professional manner. We were thrilled with the service and installation. Next time we need an appliance, well call Fredericks first. I appreciated using them so much, I even made an in person appearance to thank them for the entire experience.

We just purchased a new Bosch Dishwasher from Fredericks Appliance Center and it was installed by one of their team members, Mitchell Swafford-Cobb. He did an outstanding job of installing the new Bosch and taking away the old machine. He had a great attitude and everything went smooth as silk as the saying goes. Im giving Fredricks 5 stars because of the installation team. The delivery of the unit was delayed which I understand but the communication from the sales team needs to improve. Im giving them 3 stars here. They need to make customer experience their #1 priority.

When BestBuy quite literally couldnt deliver, I turned to a local business and was reminded why shopping local is always better. Ordered and received two new laundry appliances within 24 hours - Eduardo and Chris were especially helpful, as there was a complication on our end (had to sort out a gas line issue) and they made time to come back and finish the hook up. Great customer service, very responsive and flexible, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Fredericks!

Austin and Andrew showed up 15 minutes into the three-hour delivery window (yay!) and were speedy, efficient, and careful bringing my washer and dryer up the narrow stairway. Austin let me know hed have to reverse the dryer door to allow correct opening action due to where the hookup was. He proceeded to run both machines to make sure all was well, asked me if i had any questions, and even took some cardboard away for me as i still dont have trash bins. All in all, wonderful service.

We recently bought an Electrolux washer/dryer from Fredericks. Alex Cook in the store was great—super knowledgeable and helpful, did not try to up-sell us, and was quick to figure out solutions to inventory and delivery issues. Salvador and Austin were our delivery/install team, and they were also excellent—professional and friendly, adhered to safety protocols, and did a great job with getting everything to fit in our small laundry room. Similarly positive experiences when I bought my dishwasher and microwave in the past. I wouldnt buy my major appliances from anywhere else now!

Just got my new freezer delivered. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The delivery guys (Brian and Austen) were extremely professional and careful getting it into my basement. On top of that they are really easy to work with and they answered all of my questions. Great experience and great service from start to finish.

Excellent service from the entire Fredericks team (sales and installation). We contacted Fredericks about replacing our downdraft ventilation. Charlie came out to take measurements and determine which downdraft would work best. A few weeks later Charlie came out to install the unit. Not only did Charlie install the new unit but even improved the vent connections and fit of the cooktop and downdraft appliances. Very professional and courteous.

I recently purchased a new LG clothes washer and dryer from Fredericks. The purchase (Mark) and delivery service (Austin & Salvador) were all flawless. All of my requirements were considered in making the selection of manufacturer and model. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Pricing was competitive. Delivery service was outstanding. Austin and Salvador were clean (Covid-19 protections in place), fast, and very careful of my door frames and floors. They made all of the connections, tested both units and answered all of my questions before cleaning up all of the packaging and then recycling my old (32-year old) units. Two big thumbs up!

We have been using Fredricks for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Charlie, their installation specialist, has always been great to work with and professional in his care of your home. We always go to Fredricks for our appliance upgrades and replacements knowing we will be taken care of and be given a competitive offering. When we recently had our fridge go out and lead times for a replacement were 6-8 weeks, they offered us a floor unit and delivered it the next day. You will not get this level of support and service at a big box store. Once you try their services you will understand what I’m talking about.

Excellent service by Charlie in the installation of cooktop and downdraft. Our downdraft space was limited and Charlie went above and beyond to figure out how to make it work. We are extremely happy with the selection, delivery service, and prices offered by Fredericks. After our old washer died suddenly, we found a washer model that we liked and that was highly reviewed by several reputable sources (the LG wm3900hwa). Fredericks was the only outlet we could find that had it in stock and they delivered the washer in less than a week after we placed our order. I was very impressed with Eduardo and Chris who delivered and installed the washer. They removed our old washer and were very careful in navigating the new washer through our narrow backdoor basement entrance without scratching or denting the new washer. Moreover, they installed the new washer in a few short minutes, making sure that there were no leaks in the connections and they ran a couple test cycles to ensure that the washer was working properly. The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Fredericks will be our go to for any future appliance purchases!

Fredericks gets an A+ from front to finish. When our side by side fridge/freezer suddenly died, of course it was full of both frozen and fresh food. After loading everything into coolers with ice, we went on an online hunt to find a timely replacement. We realized quickly that due to COVID-19 manufacturing was months out, and were finding nothing but dead ends...until we were referred to Fredericks Appliances in Redmond. I called ahead to see if they actually had stock on hand, and Michael Factora was the Sales Professional that took my call. Within the hour I was there, Michael had helped me find options within my dimensions, answered all questions with absolutely no pressure, and even gave me time on my own to assess and determine my confident purchase. Not only did they have reliable brands for purchase, but also made room in their schedule for me the following day. Frederick’s Appliance Center is a hidden gem in the appliance sales business or maybe I just lucked out in making contact with Greg Hanson, a salesman for Frederick’s. Our old Kenmore stove purchased in 2006 had a dead burner and or a dead switch. Greg Hanson knew the details of our old stove. My wife and I wanted a replacement stove similar to the old Kenmore. It had to be white in color. It had to fit in the same place as the old stove. It had to be made in the USA. We wanted simple controls but self cleaning. We wanted a glass top and enclosed oven elements. Actually, that’s a pretty tall order to meet all those requirements. Greg Hanson offered us a GE stove which met all the requirements. It turned out the stove offered was even on sale. With all this covid-19 impact, the stove won’t be shipped from the GE factoryfor a couple of weeks. That’s OK. We are all in this mess together. I am delighted in the smoothness of this stove purchase and the skill and knowledge of Greg Hanson. We have a new “go to” appliance dealer-Frederick’s Appliance Center.

The old refrigerator broke down and we didnt want to bother with an expensive repair. The problem was we were in a hurry and needed a fridge with a very specific width depth and height. Lowes said they had it but they didnt. Albert Lee had it but we had to wait too long. Home Depot didnt have it. I had almost given up until I tried Fredericks: they had it and we could get it in two days!! And the price was competitive. And delivery was super professional.

Recently we had an old oven go out on us. The entire team at Fredericks was incredibly helpful and our new oven was even delivered personally by Mr. Blakemore (President of Fredericks). Our sales person had notated that we were without an oven and Mr Blakemore didnt want our delivery delayed. Over the last 9 years we have purchased a Range, Dishwasher and Refrigerator here, and always have received wonderful service and excellent products. As an additional note, when our oven needed replacing it prompted a mini update to our kitchen... the wine/coffee bar in the attached picture used to be a built-in desk that was past its prime. Handy husband, extra wine fridge and leftover granite ... equals nice improvement

Im so fortunate I discovered Fredericks Appliance this year. I needed a small footprint fridge with as much cu ft as possible. Fredericks had better prices than Home Depot, Lowes & every store in Puget Sound!! Sales Manager Ryan Blakemore really knows appliances and solutions for different spaces. He provided amazing customer service--far superior to the big chains. The service alone is reason enough for me to choose Fredericks going forward. But I have to mention the delivery and install done by Eduardo & Salvador. They started by ensuring I was aware of even the smallest scratch in my floor-model fridge before installation. They cheerfully and carefully worked within the confines of my 90-year old building and my apartments galley kitchen. They answered all my questions and even gave me appliance tips. Best delivery experience in a long time!

Since there is no way to add 0 starts I am giving them 1.I understand that during this time it is hard to make promises however a commitment for delivery was scheduled out for a product that was paid in full 3 weeks ago, with multiple confirmations (otherwise they can not guarantee), only to get an email today saying Sorry youll have to wait another 3 weeks, no guarantee.Manager (Luke) called to explain that he is 22 years in the business and that I do not understand how things work when I asked for solution to only be told that they do not want me as a customer.since this was my first experience with them, I can also call it last. just wanted to share in case others may want to read about bad reviews as well. Website does not match inventory. Got placed on a waiting list and the representative was very friendly And promised delivery within a month. However, it’s 3 months later. Different reps keep calling every few days to confirm I’d like to stay on the list. If you don’t “call them right back” they remove you from the list and then you get placed last again. I get that you’re being proactive by calling, at least don’t remove the person from the list if they are not calling you back right away. A lack of response doesn’t mean I’m not interested esp if I already expressed my intent to stay on the list to someone else in your company not 2 days before. If I waited 3 months, I’m sure I can wait 2 more days. After 3 months of waiting, what an awful conclusion. Now, to get on some other (preferably automated) waiting list where at least they won’t remove it till I actually say so.

I recently bought an over-the-range microwave from Frederick’s and had them install it. Their service was excellent from the initial call to the sales person to the installation. I had an issue after the installation and their technician returned within 5 days to address the problem.

Really nice to have a inform the customer approach. After coming back a few times, we saw a new slide in range on clearance that had been in their warehouse for a while. The owner offered us a great price before it had even been processed for pricing. The deal was great, the model was exactly what we needed, and the online reviews of the range were also great. We couldnt refuse the great price and we really pleased with our entire experience. Everyone was kind and accommodating - they definitely put the customer first here. Great experience! Our old refrigerator decided to quit working last week. We were very happy to find the store open during co-ved 19, and picked out a new refrigerator from many choices. It was delivered 4 days later. The young delivery men did a great job moving it into our kitchen. They had to take the front door of our house off to get it inside, and did so with no complaining. They had gloves, masks and foot coverings on, which we appreciated.

Ryan helped us through a bit of a snag we encountered with change to the order/delivery date due to the July 4th holiday and LG not shipping the washing machine until the following week. Such an amazingly pleasant experience from the showroom to delivery. They made me feel like a valued customer throughout the whole process. I recommend asking to see the outlet/clearance building next door, it’s worth looking. Knowledgeable and friendly salesmen, awesome dispatch and installation crew, and they recommended to us an equally amazing gas plumbing specialist. Thanks to Frederick’s we got a new gas range we love with NO headaches!

Our experience started out well. Our salesperson Alex was personable and knowledgeable. We left feeling satisfied. We received our range, microwave, and dishwasher without issues. The delivery people were capable and careful. However, I am unhappy about the delivery of our refrigerator and the response to it. The delivery people were not as capable as the ones before. The door on the freezer was dented (a new one has been ordered), the side was scratched (Ive been offered a $200 compensation for a new $2800 refrigerator), and the ice maker does not work (a service call has been made for that). I feel our salesperson worked to resolve my issue in a way that would make me feel more satisfied, but he could only do as much as he was authorized to do. I am disappointed that even though the scratches wont show on the refrigerator, I know they are there and I did not purchase a scratched appliance. I purchased four brand new ones.

Informative and no pressure sales person helped to direct us to the best options for our needs. This was followed by very professional delivery/installation.

Great service, Ryan at the store was very helpful, and Charlie who install was very instrumental and sincere! Old dishwasher broke on Tuesday morning, new one installed by noon the next day!

Update...again: Fredericks did replace my GE profile fridge with a new same model that unfortunately seems to have the same temp. fluctuations (in the freezer only). I sent two emails to the owner with the temps I have tracked and never heard back. I was hoping he could talk to his GE contacts and help figure this out since the techs that have come to the house previously never could figure it out. At this point (during Covid) I am tired of service people in my home for long periods taking the fridge apart and my floor is scratched- from repair people probably, I dont know. So I am unsure how I want to proceed from here. Maybe the temp is supposed to get to 23F for some reason? Probably not, but I have no one helping to figure it out so I cannot recommend GE or Fredericks.UPDATE: I am editing this review to say the owner of Fredericks contacted me to try and resolve this issue. They are supposed to replace the fridge but it will be a month at least. They did offer a loaner. I am happy to hopefully have this resolved soon and will update then.Original issue: Fredericks delivered me a fridge that is damaged and doesnt work properly and now Im stuck dealing with GE service to try to get something done about it. The fridge arrived scratched on the outside and the freezer temp fluctuates wildly. Fredericks said they would replace the scratched door, but Im dealing with multiple service appts trying to get the freezer fixed.

This place is great! The salesperson who helped us, Gregg, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very upfront about the pros and cons of the various brands of dishwashers we looked at today. We also found the price points to be better than the bigger appliance store we visited. I highly recommend Fredericks.

Called them to look at my stove ignitor which was not working. Technician who came was very rude. Barely looked at it and told me 2 circuit boards need to be replaced, which will cost 600-700 $. When I asked follow up question since other ignitors were working correctly, he basically said he is the expert and repairs over 2K appliances a year and I should not question his judgement and just listen to him. I asked some other questions about the functioning of oven and he said not to waste his time because this was a courtesy call - then charged me $141 for the visit. Repeatedly mentioned multiple times how his services are very expensive ($160/hr) and I should not waste his time by asking questions about the malfunctioning ignitors. Never calling them again.

Fredericks Appliance is THE place to go for quality products and knowledgeable sales staff. Gregg Hanson is a perfect example of that. I know I can count on him to give me the time and information I need to make my decisions on which appliances best meet my needs.

Frederick’s come through again for us in all areas. James Te was always our go to guy and we received the best of service from him. I recently was in need of a washer/dryer so I called James. He’s no longer with them, but hooked me up with Luke Colby. I was able to complete everything with Luke online, through email and texting. That was important during covid times. We received great service and info from Luke. When we ran into a snag with a discontinued item, Luke handled it with an upgrade! Frederick’s is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The delivery people, Eduardo and Tyler were amazing and super! They wore masks, and were so efficient. Kudos to them for being careful, and courteous. They knew what they were doing. Good selections with low pressure sales.

Sales person was really helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and quick.

These guys are awesome, the sales person Mark was very knowledgeable, but really low pressure which I appreciate, he even price checked/price matched against local competitors on his own accord. Installer was super efficient and treated everything as if it were his own new appliance, even spotting a blemish on the trim kit before I did that he noted and will return to replace in the future. Will definitely use them for future appliance purchases.

If you have to replace an appliance the experience should go like this:Our refrigerator died on Tuesday. On Wednesday we went into Fredericks hoping but not expecting to find the brand, configuration and size to fit our needs. On Thursday, through the efforts of our salesperson Greg, their incredible dispatcher and the terrific delivery / install crew, our fridge was replaced!Unmatched service!
