Very poor coverage.2 years already gone but they cant cove madina town.

StormFiber is getting personal with me by once again disconecting my internet after just one day of restoration. Previously my internet remained disconected for 65 hours and I asked for a compensation.Please note that disconnecting my internet for the past few months has become a routine now.Previously they claimed some cable cuts and this time they are using some other technical tectics. The truth is they have downgraded themselves by getting personal with a consumer for asking its rightful right.

Storm fiber is making loss of peoples money and time using cheap tactics of auto subscription of other services u didnt even demanded and make a loss on your pocketCustomer service is worst they didt bothered to listen your complain rather instructing to do so and so

Worst support and internet providers ever, even now a days ptcl is providing better internet speed then them and ptcl support is exceptional as always.Worst experience with Stormfiber, now they need to change their name to Turtle internet.

Its ok cuz your complaint is registered but no further information is sent to you like-They dont tell which team or any memberof team is gonna visit you for repair. No satisfactory answer and information is provided. I hope they learn how to care customer cuz they really dont.

Friends I am a stromfibre user for approximate 5 months. Within this duration, I will face 4-5 times of disconnection for minimum duration of 15 to 18 hours. Their customer support is rediculous. They will not give any satesfactory answer. Even you will not be able to contact any higher authority. On the other hand, if you will not pay the bill on due date, they will imediately deactive your connection after 1 day.
