Good And clean atmosphere, lovely place for exercise, well manered staff and their behaviour

Need to improve exercises machines, specially in cardio section(treadmills & cycles)

Have been going for 7 months now. Trainers and staff is friendly. One of the best machines with dedicated cardio and weight floors. Also has great cross fit section.Club also has steam room, private lockers, small cafe to rest or for guests. Fee is reasonable given the facilities i.e. Rs. 6000 per month.

Strength equipment has so much variety, they have 10 treadmil most of the time 3 -4 are out of order, Only two elliptical which are mostly occupied so you have to weight for ages for your turn, the staff getting ridiculous, I spend 3 to 4 years there, and most of the time I had to ignore them to my core, environment getting negative day by day, the trainer and receptionist are extremely unprofessional, keep in mind Im talking about female staff.

I think in begining I cant give very gud reviews... Just two days old at club... So far so gud...

Machines are broken most often(half of the machines are broken in the cardio.at the time of registration and payment the receptionist will tell you that the female trainers fee is included but the female Trainers will guide you only if you hire them by paying extra for personal training(then even those household stories would be interesting to them) otherwise they would be acting rude n ignorant. Female trainers need to know a thing about being professionals.Drinking water they have to offer in their dispensers had water insects in that (poor quality).

Quality Cybex Gym Machine, Qualified Trainer. I met Mr. Furqan who is infact M. Phil in Sports science. He is very generous and truly professional with strong grip in his field. Thank You Mr. Furqan for spending quality time at Al Fahad

Its definitely not cheap but does it offer value for money? I think thats debatable

A surprisingly fun place for fitness related activities. Apart from a great Gym, has a Steam Room, Sauna, A Jacuzzi and a Cafe. The Gym also has a nice addition of Table Tennis which is a great sport well suited for a fitness club!

Al Fahad fittness club is located at koh e noor city faisalabad. Its good for excercise and body building but culb is very much expensive and subscription fee is too much heigh. Average people cannot afford it.

Okay. Staff if normal. Machines are not upto the mark. Maintainace is so much bad. I feel its overpriced for what it offers
