It was cozy, clean and tasty with great hospitality.Very delicious food items.

Food and ambiance is good. We usually get the chaats.Customer service really needs to improve. Went yesterday and despite the fact that there were just two families on the floor including us, the not so busy staff was not responsive. Had to wave/call several times to get attention. The person in white shirt standing by the door and some other staff were really busy chatting.Contact less Ordering system needs to improve. Cant expect the dine-in customer to look up the menu on their phones. Maybe install a screen with menu.Also, Took 15 mins to get the bill cause, again, the staff was busy socializing amongst themselves.Ive experienced Similar behavior few times before so this was not an isolated incident.

Not a good experience at all. The waiting time was way too long. Had to wait for more then an hour for BBQ and a simple gravey dish. Then the staff was slow. Had to tell them 3-4 times to change plates. Then food was not served properly.Then they dont have the complete variety of food. Aside from that, ordered platter for kid only to be informed later on that fries are not served though it was written in menu. The waiter said that he would arrange the fries but he was later on no where to be found.

There are plenty of issues with this place. Service was very slow and to be honest the food is bland in taste. When u r having a karahi or bbq u need to feel the masalas but sadly it was pretty bland. Its not bad but I wouldnt rate it as good either.

The restaurant has a lively atmosphere and hospitable staff. The drink section is right next to the seating area so the blenders running can be annoying. The food is really good but overpriced. I can accept that they are trying something new and introducing indian cuisine to Pakistan, but there is a massive price difference for the dishes right across the border where the food served here is as common as street food. The parking is limited but wheelchair accessible. Seating is also wheelchair friendly. Be warned though, the serving time are very long and you have to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get your food made. I personally waited 40 minutes for my dishes to be prepared. In conclusion, go here if you want to experience indian food without crossing the border or bothering to make it yourself.

Tried their Matka Biryani, honestly i was expecting better, in simple it was just extra spicy rice, no Biryani specific masala and that price i would never recommend, also tried their Papadi Chat, it was fine but for 245Rs it was over priced.

My order on 30/7/2020 at 11:00pm was Chinese express platter and Tawa Sizzle. All that I can say in few words is this; the worst quality food (frozen food oven heated) coupled with pathetic service standard. Pulao was substituted with biryani without my consent, plum chutney was missing due to stockout, kabab was delivered 15 min late, onioins served were poorly cut, unwashed and stinky. Although I received a 10% discount and apology from the supervisor after making a complaint, it was a horrible car dine in experience. Stay away from Bombay Chowpatti.

Really good taste.Very good service.Everything was up to standard. What you have to give them is a ton of money which is not so worth it. I mean it. Its way way more expensive than most and not worth the money you spend. You can find same taste or even better in less money.

The feel of the restaurant didn’t make me think it has anything to do with Bombay. We ordered some food but didn’t really get a wow factor. Price seemed reasonable average taste and not to expectation ambience hence 3 stars.Staff was welcoming but forgot my drink which isn’t bad but just one of those annoying things to remind the staff to bring what I ordered.

The service is worst than a man can expect from such a restaurant. I visited yesterday and they couldnt even provide chapati on time and food got cold. Female staff is like heroin of some punjabi movie who is aggressive at dealing and everyone can hear her shouting like a punjabi *HEROIN. Food was good but due to service experience converted into frustration.

Their chats and BBQ is superb and a must try for any foodie in the city or visiting. Value for money is very good and portion size is satisfying. The menu has a lot of variety but more can be added to it. The noise from the drinks corner is a bit annoying but the ambiance makes up for it.Hi-Tea: Compared to other Hi-Teas in city, quantity and quality were below average. Taste is just okayish. A lot of room for improvement. Tea takes a long time to arrive.
