3rd class service, extremly high fares. Traveled couple of times from rwp to fsbd. The AC is broken and these mfs could fix it. Leds not working. Daewoo is 100 times better, fare is also 200rs less

Respectable staff of Kohistan, I used to travel through kohistan Express usually..Also I am travelling throuh your bus survice but it is not better...I am travelling towards GRW from FSD but you dont provide me such luxurious service which you provide me during journey of lahore or ISL..Even your charging price for this journey is 550 but you dont provede me value for money service ..So I thought to write a feedback..O hope you will take action on that feedback..Thanks

A pretty good bus service available for all over the country to travel within a span of every 1 to 2 hours of time. The Buses are in good condition but much needed improvement in Bus Stand and the waiting hall.

5 July 2019 - Murree to Faisalabad- FDF 9000Departure Time: @1:30 PM FridayBilal Travels/Kohistan/Hilal TravelsPeople involved: Mian Khurram Shahzad (Bhera Kohistan), The Driver, Security Guard (Aamir).We booked tickets of Hillal Travels a day ago on 4th of July as it was only direct service to Faisalabad. We have been asked to arrive before 13:30 at Bilal Travels Lari Adda Murree. However the shuttle service an old Toyata Highace took us to Express Highway. at 14:10 (40 minutes late). Our luggage was tied outside however, pram of our kid was not tied and thus fallen on the road. We have been transferred to a Kohistan Bus instead of Hilal at 14:40, upon asking we had been told Bilal Travels, Kohistan & HIlal are merged together. The Coach reaches at Pindi at 15:35 PM at Faiz Abad where the Security Guard of the bus delayed the bus to drink his tea. Second stop they have made at Bilal Travels within Pindi where they have waited 10 minutes extra for 3 passengers who were late. At last, 16:45 we managed to left Pinidi and started our journey at Motorway. I was traveling with my family and a 18 months old kid. It was unpleasant to see the security guard an absconder from Pak Army named Aamir was using foul language all the way while talking to the driver and showing road rage to fellow cars on the road throughout the journey.The worst thing, they did not make a stop for 5 consecutive hours, after asking multiple times to Hostess they finally made a stop at 19:17 at Bhera Motorway for a 15 minutes break.Much to our nightmare, the worst part hasnt started yet. We quickly went outside to change diaper of our son and placed an order at KFC at 19:17. We came back at 19:32 to find out our Coach has left us because we were late to come back with a 20 months old kid, a 60 years old mother and my wife while our luggage and everything was still inside of the coach.We had been told the Coach had made its stop at Bhera Motorway at 18:59 and waited for us 35 minutes a plane WHITE lie. Luckily before getting off to Bhera stop I took a picture inside of the bus that shows the time of 19:17 means the bus hasnt been reached at Bhera until 19:17.This became much worst, when we found out its a well thought scam to leave the passengers behind so they can steal our belongings. When we collected our luggage, our valuable belongings including Original iPhone Charging Cables, Some currency, eatables and shoes were missing when we reached at Faisalabad to collect our luggage.We used Daewoo from Faisalabad to Murree and did not have any problem, we preferred Hilal because we thought unlike Daewoo it wont make a stop at Pindi and its a direct service to Faisalabad. I would request all fellow passengers to spend couple of hundreds more but buy peace of mind. Dont travel with such service who though managed to changed their Larri Adda (طیارہ) Busses to high end Coaches and made their drivers to wear a uniform but their Lari Adda mentality hasnt been changed much. Kohistan/Bilal Travels/Hilal means NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really pathetic!!The departure time from Rawalpindi to Faisalabad was 8:00 P.M. and the bus departed terminal at 8:20. Not only this, the conductor made it stop at Kashmir Highway for literally more than 45 minutes to convince the passer byes to go to Faisalabad in 500 rupees while the original cost of ticket which i paid at the terminal was 750 rupees. At around 9:00 i went to the driver to ask how much more time it will take, he replied so rudely and disrespectfully that if you want you can leave the bus right away. Anyways, the bus was at Islamabad toll plaza at 9:30 P.M.NEVER TRAVELLING AGAIN.

Service compare with Skyways...Kohistan is much much better...wide space....a proper waiting lobby for passengers.. punctuality at top..well mannered staff

A very bad experience in kohstan bus service from Multan to Faislabad. Driver left uson road without any valid reason and we are unsafely at road now time.After one hour he will come with a non A-C Bus and we go unfortunately from Pir Muhal to Faislabad

Worst bus service to claim itself as leading service in Pakistan. Pathetic busses and staff is not even close to be cooperative. You complain about anything and will get not even satisfying but annoying response. Overloading busses with passengers traveling on extra chairs, even on floor.

(IF Compare Then Other Travels Staff) .Because Kohistan Express Provide By Hostess &Other Staff Specially Both Times Was very Good Behaviour ,Character ,Point Of View With Passengers During Travels.So ,That Is Why I am Mostly like/Prefer The Times OF (Fsd To Skt 08:30 Am And Fsd To Skt 10:45Am ) In Kohistan Express.
