Pathetic ticketing service. Extremely rude staff. Executive class buses are extremely dirty and stinking. Only business class is relatively better.

Bus was 30 minutes late and driver was saying he is in much hurry no time for Salah but moved after more 25 minutes

Got delayed early morning today while traveling from Faisalabad to Lahore besides rude behavior of Management and Staff...Now on the way back from Lahore to Faisalabad got tyre burst and same kind of stuff from Bus Staff... lies lies and lies like its not tyre burst it is just break leathers getting heat...Sums up in No Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles, no training at all of Busses Staff.. oh man they really want to learn the skills to run the kind of travel agency ...i wish someone can guide me where can I complaint about them

AL Halal Travels at Sargodha Road in Faisalabad are a point where 5 different transport companies stop while exiting from Motorway M-3 or before entering. Among these transporters are AL Halal Travels themselves, Faisal Movers, Shuja Express, Sania Express and a couple of other transporters.AL Halal is owned by a group of politicians thus attitude of their staffers is pretty pathetic. Delays in every travel, arrogance in staffers, dirtiness in waiting areas and in buses plus price hike during shortage of buses in festival season are common complaints of AL Halal.They operate in different locations from Faisalabad so their presence is good sign. They shall learn with experience so its good for Faisalabadis.

Bad service, high rates. I’ve paid Rs. 590 for this Luxury Daewoo Bus just to travel FSD to LHR.Departure time was 10:10am but the bus arrived at 10:25am & complaints were accepted.Bus is messy, smelly and dirty as well.Trying not to travel again with ALHalal Travels.NOT RECOMMENDED!!
