The environment is neat and clean. The food was fresh. Very cooperative staff. Definitely recommended

C.C machine always unavailable with same excuse that machine is out of order. Insects are flying in sweet bar area even though they have installed insect killer,you can say its happening due to poor management.Family hall is at the end so you will walk through gents hall with family to reach there. Still a lot to do to compete & achieve the standards they are just showing off currently.

Best sit-in place in the city. Food is also as good as you can get in Chiniot. Staff is decent. Also got open-air sitting if youre interested.

It used to be amazing, but since a couple of months their service has started going down south. We tried BBQs, as well as some handi and kunna, to be honest, we were a bit let down. Provided this is in Chiniot, the food is good, no argument on that, but this can be further improved. Also the sitting arrangement can be (should be!) improved as it is congested as it is right now.

This gorgeous restaurant is on Sargodha road. Like ones of faisalabad this has a big variety of Chinese and desi dishes as well as BBQ. Food court is available in out doors as well as beautiful dining hall. BBQ platter is very popular and they have started chicken and beef steak recently fancied by many people. Booking in advance is available and their service and staff is very polite and humble. Families can enjoy separate cabins and hall. Khayyam has a history of good food and banquets in faisalabad before and now spreading out of station to Chiniot and other neighboring cities. In summers good air-conditioned hall is available for the customers. Over all this restaurant is a blessing for the people who seek good food and dine here.

I just love the food of Khayyam

The food was just excellent and very delicious. Once someone travels and visitong Chiniot, you should check out this place. Even though, I visited during a National Day of Pakistan when people eat out whoever able to manage it, the service was good. Staff helpful and smiling. This makes different. One that is disappointed my the visitors ettitude. Our group if 9 was waiting for a large table to be cleaned and appointed to us. A small group of 4 approached to the table and wanted to seat at the dirty table that was under the process to clean for us. Unfortunately, in Pakistan people are very pushy and not courteous. Nevertheless, I like Pakistan and will visit more since there are many nice places to be seen. I recommend to visit Pakistan, Chiniot.

Staff not co-operative. Almost 2 days old salad and raita was given over charge on everything. Wouldnt recommend to any one on any occasion.

Rooms are good and comfertable. Room service need to be improved. No one avaiable on the reception desk everytime you need something you have to go downstairs. Food is delicious with lots of variety. Especially Desi chicken cooked in Desi ghee.
