HBL Bhoun Road Chakwal Branch is shifted to new location at Rawalpindi Road, adjacent to Umer Hospital, Near Pindi Phatak. It is a better location with car parking and wheel chair accessible entrance. ATM facility is a good addition for the area.

Very rude staff members. They dont behave nicely. I would not recommend this branch.

Poor management as well as services

HBL -main branch Chakwal- bankers even dont know how to behave and treat customers. Further same as with transaction, a single request for demand draft took 3 days to proceed .............

Impolite staff and no one picks up the phone and if anyone does by mistake they disconnect it after 1 to 2 seconds
