Went to the standard bank and got excellent service from the consultant, friendly, patient and very helpful!

Tygervalley mall has the essential stores you are looking for, From grocery shopping to Clothing to restaurants and travel shops and tech stores as well. It has public transport entering the nearest entrance - bus and taxi and more than enough parking for your car as well. It can get busy but never overcrowded and that is what I love especially with the pandemic and having to be very careful and conscious of protocols.

Shopping or indulging in a scrumptious meal at a fast food or restaurant, is always a pleasant experience.Let us acknowledge the friendly cleaning staff as well... after all they do their utmost to keep the floors we walk on and windows we glance through, pristine...

I found that this mall was very safe. Everyone had mask and all shops adhered to social distancing. My shopping was very pleasant and I had a good time there.

The restrooms never have soap nor hand sanitizers. I think that it is a very inconvenient and unhygienic situation, especially during a pandemic.It is sad to see that the cleaners are more focused on their phones, than cleaning the restroom and providing the basics, I never found the restrooms in a neat and clean condition which is very disappointing. I truly hope that the overall hygienic conditions will be improved.Also, we are in a pandemic and Tygervalley Mall is the only mall I do not see having any sanitizing stations upon entrances.I hope these points will be considered and improved.

After all the renovations done at this shopping centre over the years, it has become a comfortable place to shop! Even if you have to pop in for a quick buy

The sandwiches we had were massive, I loved it. We did wait a bit to get served but once we strated placing our orders the service was very nice. Its quite and a lovely spot if you want to get some work done while being out and about.

Plenty of outdoor free parking although can be hard to find close parking in normal business hours. Mall itself is quite long and takes a while to walk from one side to the other. It does have multiple entrances though so its quick if you know where you want to go and near which entrance it is. Paid outdoor and undercover parking is also available.The Game side lift has been out if order for a while which is a bit inconvenient for trolleys and prams but an escalator is available nearby. General look and feel is nice and I enjoy visiting there. Especially the food court. I also enjoyed some if the more hobby and entertainment style stores there that are normally unusual in most malls. Mall is clean and seems to comply with COVID requirements. Bathrooms and facilites are well placed, clean and hygienic. Overall a nice experience. Keep up the good work.

They have pensioners parking and you can park for up to 2hrs free and its very safe all the banks are there and you will find more there under one roof

Everything you can imagine to possibly want to buy, will be found in Tyger Valley. This place is a maze of exciting shops and eateries. This has been a great shopping centre for many years!

Still draws large crowds. Shoppers tend to rush and get over and done with shopping. Food court excellent proof of social distancing. Merchandise prices all round could be decreased, which will make the centre a perfect hub, good access control.

Huge mall but not over crowded.. lots access and exit points.. variety of shops for all your needs.. stop at food court for a bite at your favourite take-away or restaurant.

Tyger Valley Shopping Centre is by far the best mall in the Northern Suburbs. Has ample fast food options and has plenty restaurants to choose from. Security is great and the mall is always clean. From a retail store perspective, it’s great too. Has most shops one can think of, with the exception of a few. But it’s impossible to have them all. Tyger Valley is perfect as a one stop shop for all your retail needs. Excited that they will be opening a crispy kreme soon!!

Good variety of shops, clean, informative security who are visible! Enjoy the shopping, and/or just to get out of the house! Most shops are PPE compliant (saying most just because I have not been to a lot, but those Ive visited, are very strict with the sanitising at the doors) and people in general are friendly and considerate! (not pushy/bumping in to you)

I really like the vibe at this shopping centre. In all my years that Ive gone here its always been quite safe. I really like the mall. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I dont give five stars to shopping malls

Its packed due to festive but the centre has all covid safety protocols in place. Queues at certain shops. Sanitizer available at each shop! Toilets are clean. Enough parking

My favourite mall in the Western Cape. Couldnt pay with my card for my parking ticket due to technical problems, but no sweat, there was an atm nearby.

The non-compliance to Covid 19 safety measures in several stores esp. the computer ones was shocking. I left and bought the product I needed for R 300 more at a different place, but where masks were worn correctly and where sanitizing was enforced.Wearing a mask around the neck or just around the mouth is of no use. I witnessed this as well as a lack of social distancing throughout the centre.I suggest the centre managers view surveillance footage and address offenders.I wont return to this centre until Covid 19 is history.

A 2 level shopping center with everything you need. Has a food court, movies and wide variety of clothing shops as well as some furniture and other miscellaneous shopping. Good parking space. No Dischem.

Everywhere theres Covid-19 protocols in place for shoppers safety and you can still shop as normal with some distance from other shoppers. Vit Jet Stores this morning. Forget my phone at the counter. Roxanne was the assistant and keep my phone save till i collect it. All staff very friendly and very profesional. Absolute lovely store. One down point is that they do not have bigger sizes that 40. (In the range that i like)

The one stop mall that caters for almost anything.Neat and tidy,large passages,great selection of shops.

What a pleasant and peaceful mall to shop, browse or just to spend an entertaining time with the family. There are many outlets in this mall and its so safe be shopping here

Went to Mug and Bean. Unfortunately they did not have the Red Velvet chocolate cake that we actually went for, but the experience was good nonetheless.

Its not as big as Cape Gate, but it works. My favourite.

I am still waiting for the operations manager to call me regarding inaccessibility for wheelchair patrons. Its been 3 days now. The management have the people skills of a flea.

Loads of stores with many boutique clothing stores. Cinemas are of high standard, with plenty of movies to choose from. Parking is adequate, most being secure. Plenty of restaurants and eateries to address any tastebud requirement

Was looking for Cinnabon, seemed they closed down or moved. Cinnabon used to be at Cape Gate shopping mall, but they closed down. Seems like the only Cinnabon is now at Canal Walk Shopping center.

I absolutely love this shopping centre! Its an amazing place to go with friends and family. It has all the shops you could possibly need.

Just love to go there with my girls. Security is very important to me for my girls and there are a lot of visible security who is always willing to help. Even the car guards always look out for our savety.

Not a fan of large shopping centers but enjoy the quietness of this center. Clean. And appreciate the roof free parking!

Tygervalley has change a bunch since a decade ago. Theyre more modern and quite frankly, the exterior looks of the building itself it deceiving seeing how many shops there are in the building - plenty!

Only Mall near my home at Tyger Valley. Everything was available and with ample parking. Used to love the food-court

Telkom Tygervalley ExpressYesterday 22 September 2020 I experienced the most worst client service in the above shop.First I was told that safe social distancing didnt apply in the shop I quote Mishka DanielTelkom rules.Secondly, I was treated very indecently by the staff inside, after I reprimanded them on not cleansing their chairs.Thirdly after I was told I couldnt see the manager because she was in a meeting for three hours, I and Mishka Daniel had a heavy verbal confrontation.The reason for this was because I told how utterly disappointed I was with her client service.She became very obstructive putting the blame on me for placing a wrong order.I remember very well I placed an order for a wireless WIFI.And like any old human being not familiar with the new technology allowed Mishka in offering me a lockdown promo.I even told the technician that I wanted wireless but he insisted on installing a line which I thought was the connection for the wireless.After the installation went blank on Telkom side the technical site sends me a sms to a cell phone I had some 7 years or so or more because of a computer I had installed with a land line.Nobody considered to contact me on my current cellphone no. which I gave Mishka at the time of me placing the order. I have record of two gmails sent to Mishka with no return response, just a phone call that she will follow up on the delay but this also went blank26 Aug 2020, 11:29Placed order with Mishka DanielOrder no. Too many people in the food court standing too close to each other not making space for those who just walk past Too many children without masks

What is happening to Tygervalley the floors are filthy around the food court areas both on bottom and top floors. Cleaners are cleaning with dry mobs??!! How can you clean greasy floors with a dry mob?

We went to Hooked. Its your monies worth to eat there. We had a lovely time with the friendly staff.

Went to Wimpy for family breakfast. Restaurant was busy. We had to wait a bit to get served. Fortunately we were not in a hurry so it wasnt a problem. Vuvu looked after us very well. My one daughter is vegetarian so we asked for the bacon in her order to be on a separate plate so my wife and I could turn our cheese burgers into bacon and cheese burgers. I was very impressed when Vuvu brought the meals and on realising her mistake served the other meals and quickly replated my daughters meal and brought the bacon separately. She also informed us of the lucky draw we qualified to enter based on a spend of more than R250. Friendly and pleasant service. Thanks Wimpy.

Nice mall with almist everything you need. Inside revamp of few years ago is making the outside look outdated and gardens look old
