Very bad experience . The customer service representative behavior is very worst . Dealing of all staff is very very disgusting . Not only this Branch all branches of NBP has same situation . Cleanness is very bad. Interior is not according to standard.

In the prevailing Covid-19 scenario, there were quite good arrangements for the safety of Bank Staff but customers area was not properly looked after and suitably organized.

Very efficient and cooperative administration here.
