Thanks to Ian and Jason for arranging delivery of our furniture in time for Christmas. We had something come up last minute and they rearranged their delivery schedule to make it happen. They were so nice about it too! The furniture is gorgeous - excellent quality for a reasonable price and friendly and personal service to boot. A much better experience than shopping at a big box store.

We were unable to visit the showroom, and were hesitant in purchasing a standard reclining chair sight unseen. Excellent customer service was received by the Alger brothers via telephone and email; they very well informed and accommodating to our specific needs. Efficient purchase process and prompt delivery. Bought living room furniture and couldnt be more impressed with the level of service provided. Jason provided me with a full selection if choices and even stained the legs of the love seat to match the colour my choice. Delivery team was excellent, careful and courteous. If you want a great shopping experience I recommend asking for Jason.

Purchased a sofa and chair combo recently. Amazing sales people, not pushy. Very well educated and informed about their products, and will make sure that youre getting a product that is right for you for years to come. Very friendly and approachable. The shop sells high quality furniture and accessories for a good price. Will definitely continue shopping there for my household needs.

Sales person was lovely and sale transaction was smooth and very pleasant. Delivery, however, was a nightmare. Despite having scheduled a delivery at the time of sale, the owner insisted on delivering much earlier than scheduled. I was in a doctors appointment and I had to scramble to find someone to let them in. He was pushy, rude and clearly had something more important to do than deliver my furniture. In addition, I strongly suspect that the chair they sold me has been used (maybe a return?) because I had to spray it with febreeze and vinegar to get the smell out of it. Won’t go back and won’t recommend.

Good local family run business. Monique was helpful in selecting a couch that matched our needs and recommended against the up sale of adding a love seat at this time. And we even received a free pie. The owner buys the pies to support a local church.
