Prices are too high as compared to what they are offering. Better to avoid due to road works going on. No discount even to BCCI members. Such a shame

Building seems a bit worn out. Washroom of thf room we stayed in was clean but its floor was not leveled so waster was about to go into thr room. Staff is courteous. Breakfast was also fine.

I had booked a standard room whereas it was already upgraded to executive one. Room was sk spacious amd beautiful.Staff was also very friendly and cooperating.Signals issue was there but overall it was such a nice experience living there.

A very quite and nice place to stay with very cooperative and caring staff but the hotel is way outside the main city, all alone in the fields. You will not find anything if you go outside to shop or just roam around. Especially at night, there is pitch dark and extreme silence.

Best Service in town

I would say the best hotel of Bahawalpur.Everything good, management was very friendly and nice. Tried their best to make our stay comfortable.We had issue with A/C. They quickly tend to it. We had problem with internet speed and they put a device right outside our room.Buffet breakfast was simple but good. The waiters were attentive, even brought my breakfast tea to my room when asked to.The only thing is that this hotel is a little outside of Bahawalpur. But Bahawalpur is a small city so within few minutes of drive you will be in city centre.

Its supposedly the best hotel in the area, but thats not a tall claim! There isnt much of worth in the area for supposedly quality hotels. Plenty for the average market! Hotel One is the budget hotel chain of Pearl Continental PC Hotels. But with our diabolical experience of PC Hotel in Bhurban, it came as no surprise that this hotel is again old and dilapidated! Apparently according to staff, it was a private residence that was converted to a hotel. From the outside it looks nice! However, inside is very dated which has the impact on cleanliness. Staff were courteous and helpful. But theyre fighting a losing battle against an aging building and fixtures and fittings! It almost looks as though the old furniture from PC hotels ends up in Hotel One. Shame that PC Hotels and Hashoo Group refuse to acknowledge customers feedback and rely on the public just keep using there properties as there is little other choice in many places! Such taking the customers for granted attitude hopefully will backfire on them in the long run! They just need to read the reviews which are being left by long term customers such as us!This hotel charges 15,000 approx per night! If I had another choice, I wouldnt pay a third of that for what is being offered!Check the photos, and youll see there is little or no privacy in many rooms as they have opening glass sliding doors as walls! All night we could hear the reception staff talking to each other even though our room was two corridors away! The bathroom with wardrobes were falling apart and filthy!A total disappointment!

Low end ordinary hotel with 5-star prices! Its part of the PC Hotel chain but is building is old and dated. According to the staff it used to be a private residence which was converted to be used as a hotel! It shows as some of the rooms are, feel to be temporary structures i.e. walls are comprised of partitioning containing sliding glass doors like a patio! So the privacy is minimal due to noise from outside coming in to the room from all over the hotel and guests voices heard outside even if talking normally! Then the curtains dont fully close properly leaving gaps for peeping toms! We could hear the staff talking continuosly throughout the night at Reception which was two corridors away from our room! As the building is old, it looks and feels dirty! Fixtures and fittings are broken with makeshift repair and water damage! Also visible on the walls! The bathroom was dirty with scum marks all over the walls sink and cubicle and windows! Lamps and other electrical appliances were running on extension cables placed on top of the bed side cabinets! Breakfast is basic at best with a tiny little jar of low quality cornflakes, one chicken dish, one potato dish and parathas! Thats it!The car park is outside on a dusty patch which in the morning due to dew was a muddy patch, which we had walk thru to get in to our car!From outside the building looks nice. Shame everything else falls way short of expectations and especially considering we got a discounted rate of almost $120 per night plus taxes!5-star costs for a 1 maybe 2 star hotel/motel!But that seems to be the trend with most of dating old hotels within the PC hotel chain assets! Hashoo Group sitting on the laurels treating customers with disdain and taking them for granted! It will back fire on them soon enough with Pakistani market developing due to internal tourism and new hotels coming up!

I stayed here a couple of times. Its a great place.

The Rooms are clean. Marble floor. Beds are comfortable. Service is good.TV screens are smaller though. Wash rooms are a bit small but acceptable.Parking is an issue though.

You can find tea and coffee making kit in your room. Sometimes WiFi dont works.Lack of hot water and water pressure is also a demerit. Some rooms are more beautifully decorated than others. Dont forget to watch your steps when moving from reception waiting are there is step between sofa and the floor.

It was far away from main city. Rooms are good but AC was too old and make noise so its tuff to saleep under this conditions

Such a pathetic services right from booking desk till checkoutThey are lazy sluggish. Beautiful exterior sabotaged by ugly interior.Smelly rooms, cockroaches in cupboard, bad washrooms.Even in Decembers tooth chilling cold they dont have warm water for bath.They dont pick phone after midnight.

Complete rubbish, both the staff and police will want extra money from you or forget you have already paid. As a foreigner you are not allowed to leave the hotel without security (all of whom want a little more money at various stages) and you are not allowed to visit most places of interest. Give Hotel_One and Bahawalpur a miss

Very nice hotel in the price range. But water pipe insulation is very week hence in peak summer days it gets very difficult to even wash hands. Zong 4G is very poor here and Wifi of Hotel is also very week.

Shitiness hotel ever...Stayed two weeks, aircon stopped working on the 2nd week. Can you imagine sleeping in a hotel room with fan and the room temperature is 35 degrees? And the price of the room was 120dollars?Another instance was I was bathing halfway and trying to wash off the soap..And the shower suddenly went off with no water...Room is run down...furnitures were old...Breakfast was down to bare minimum and I suspect they serve food from yesterday as one of the days the food (something with chicken) was still cold...Please do something and wakeup your idea Pearl Continental Group!
