Very good very organised but I have yet to see their pricing and quality of servicing.

The most useless costumer care i have ever faced. Submitted my Homage water dispenser for mere service and all they have done is putting a service sticker on it and literally didnt touch it, charged me and retunred it with same problem. Totally disappointed

Great experience with automated complaint management software and call center. Last time UPS was repaired in 2015 and lasted till 2019 without fault. Quite reliable. They should also focus more on their workshop enviroment.

Good service but very far away from the city center. They replaced my UPS battery after 6 months use and gave a quality replacement. I have also got my UPS and Kenwood Chef repaired satisfactorily at this place.

Secondly the staff was not listening to the complaints of the customers properly and were in a hurry, most probably because they were understaffed.

A quality product with average after sale service...

DONT BUY HOMAGE OR KENWOOD!!!I gave my Homage UPS to them for repair requesting urgent service, they did not check the problem even for 2 days, and plus instead of the technician informing me of the fault the customer service person was lying by saying it had water in it. I deemed the customer service (acting as technician) as lying because he did not know the unit of capacitance, which he said was Joule but it is Farad!!. The device was so dusty , how could it have water? I do not thing they (R&I Electrical Appliances (Pvt) Ltd. - Distributors of Kenwood & Homage) are a worthy warranty centre.

Worst possible experience! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff and terrible complaint procedure. Bought a ups and batteries from homage which never worked for even a day. One month later we are still waiting for the system to be replaced. Not only that, we are expected to carry all that heavy equipment back and forth, to and from the service centre, even though the fault lies with homage for selling us faulty equipment in the first place! Ghundagardi hai bas!
