Air University is functioning, although project space is very slow but Airforce learnt a lot from past experiences. Sooner or later project will be completed. If project succeed then it will be worth living. I hope PAF will not disappoint people this time.

Pakistan Fazaia is very famous because of their frauds in housing schemes. Never invest in their housing projects. Your all money will be wasted and have to go courts & NAB offices, where you will gate Taareekh Pe Taareekh for your refunds. Your all savings will be wasted.

Fazaia housing schem aviation city kamra looks very outstanding and best living society in the future due to its srounding PAC complex environment.It will also an ideal living society due to its newly opened Air University kamra campus.Request to complete the project before time please.Thanks

I have invested in buying a bungalow in Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi on installments and paid from 2016 till now total 2.4 million rupees. The land purchased by PAF has land litigation issues, the case in already in NAB on an application moved by transparency international, don’t trust them by investing into their projects

They are launching projects and and after 5/6 years, they keep project on hold. You can not ask for your refund because they are powerful and influential people. You can not fight with Pakistani Airforce. If you have doubts, Ask Indians.Highly not recommended.

Construction and progress has been halted for many months now on Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi. . No satisfactory reason or resolution is being given by the project office or PAF representatives. People should be cautious when considering investing here.

Its a fraud project, they stopped project in karachi in 2018 without any explanation after collecting billion rupees from overseas and locals, plz dont be scammed, just search on Google and Facebook, many affected investors r begging for the refund for more than a year.
